Everything was great.

The same problem I had last Year ! I Check out on Friday 2 Th June and until now I haven’t received back my deposit. The same happened last year. It took more than 12 days to have it. I check my bank account, the deposit isn’t pending. My account have been debited. Best regards. I already sent you screenshots of my account. Barbouch Rachid

I would have appreciated better towel service since they didn’t clean the rooms daily.

the toilet had yellow stains all inside and around the toilet seat.. toilet seat needed to be replaced

We upgraded to the largest suite and are glad we did as we found having the extra space very helpful. All the amenities worked, there was enough glasses/plates for use. The staff were friendly and available on site which is a bonus especially for a smaller style accommodation. The location is excellent. Short walk from the beach and bars but a safe distance away to avoid the loud thumping noise of Miami Boulevard at night. Our stay was very pleasant, exceeded our expectations and we’ll definitely be back to stay at Suites on South Beach.

Shower pressure on the hot tap/pipes was low. The air conditioning system is very old, it blows cold air into the bathroom and is very loud. Once you close the bedroom door it’s fine but very annoyingly loud if the bedroom door is open at night.

we were in Room #7 directly in front of a gathering area where people gathered and made quite alot of noise for what seemed like all night. It was awful and hard to sleep.

Room exceeded my expectations. I was nervous at first because of other reviews but I’m glad I decided to stay. The outside of a tricky when you first get there but the inside of the room is amazing. Updated furniture, staff at front desk was amazing and location is amazing. Didn’t have to drive to the beach nor other attractions. Everything was in walking distance.

Parking! Valet was $35 per day but it’s a parking deck across the street. We left and when we returned we couldn’t park in that same deck so we had to do valet. People park in that deck that is going to the beach so it takes up a lot of parking spaces.

The location was brilliant for everywhere we wanted to get to on South Beach, second road back from the beach meant that it was easy to get Ubers or taxis. The room was beyond our expectations with everything we needed from AC to a microwave. Bed was extremely comfortable and everything was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, we were able to leave our luggage in storage after checking out as our flight home wasnt until 2000 hours that night so it allowed us to wander the shops a little longer before leaving for the airport. Would book again if we return to Miami!!

Fabulous location on Collins Avenue. Right in the heart of South Beach but two roads back from Ocean Drive so no problems with noise in the room. Room was clean and spacious. Wasn't the most modern room I've stayed in but bed was large and comfortable, had a small kitchen with fridge and coffee making facilities. Shower was good with plenty of hot water and toiletries supplied. Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Reception is manned 24 hours and there is a security gate so felt safe. We used the valet parking which was perfect as it was New Year and the surrounding car parks were very busy. If we needed anything, extra towels, etc. we asked and we received.

Air-con unit was noisy but we visited in December so didn't need it al the time

Location is perfect. It is close to many restaurants and the beach. The hotel was secure with locking gate and most of the staff was very nice and helpful (although they couldn’t help us with an issue in the shower). Overall a nice room except for the bathroom in room 10.

The bathroom was like a locker room- but I don’t think all of the rooms had this issue. The hand held shower head had a large hole in it and the water sprayed all over the bathroom ( to the sink and toilet ) and they didn’t have anyone to repair it while we were there.

Epic location and the facilities in the suite was perfect. Also, the man (forgot to get his name) that checked us in and worked the late shift in the office was extremely helpful & friendly. Made us feel right at home and gave excellent advice. Parking garage that charges $20 for 24 hours also straight across the road.

Room wasn't perfectly clean. All floors were a bit dirty, and when reporting it the man in the office offered to get it sorted straight away the next morning. We opted for a mo& bucket and sorted it ourselves straight away.
