Oceanfront! Bar on site! Our room had a kitchenette and was extremely clean. The staff were awesome and the bar never got too crazy! Buy a cool tank top from reception and try the Scooby Snack (drink).

If you're into classic Florida motels, this is the spot. If you're looking for a boutique experience where everything is manicured and perfect, this is not your spot. Central courtyard is sand so its inevitable that you drag sand into your room. Its the beach, enjoy it :)

Best location with a wonderful Tiki Bar Restaurant on site with delicious food and drinks! Very low key accomodations but perfect for just enjoying beautiful New Smyrna Beach. The little kitchen was ideal. This is not the place for fussy folks but if you enjoy an old Florida vibe and having a good time you will like this a lot.

Loved staying here but will say the beds and bedding were in need of a bit of updating ! Having a small broom and dust pan would be a great addition since floor gets sandy quickly because of the sandy courtyard. Small stuff♡♡ really we loved staying here and will be back!

The motel is a throwback to simpler times right on the beach. I was just looking for a place to crash for a couple of nights while visiting friends close by and found myself spending more time at the motel... ok the Tiki Bar... than my friends house.

What you see is what you get... and there was nothing I didn't like about this motel. Kept expecting one of the Mercury astronauts to drive by.

The location was great, beach was beautiful. The tiki bar was very nice and open in the off season which was a pleasant suprise. They room was roomy for the three of us. It was in a good location to walk on the beach to downtown. It took about 20 minutes.

The pool was not heated so we were not able to use it. The bar opened at 11 and so they did not offer breakfast. There wasn't any chair rental service at this beach. The mattresses were in need of replacing.

love the feel of the old motel, single story for that awesome view. liked the sand in between the two buildings. double Adirondack chairs or liveseats outside each room were nice! pretty pool, nice tiki bat with most tables having gas fire pits fr those cool nights. right on the beach, down the stairs and you are there!!! very accommodating for anything we needed. coke machines would be nice for when bar is closed,but I just went and bought some for the room.we had the studio with kitchenette. 2 double beds , large "dresser" with tons of drawers! and built in desk with chair. TV. kitchen had plates,cups,utensils for eating and cookies, pans,etc service for 4. coffee pot. toaster, micro, small stove and dorm fridge. also small table with 2 barstools. shower only in this room. also has a double budget motel room with one double bed large dresser with desk, chair, TV. micro, coffee pit but no fridge as in description. another night had a one bedroom apartment in the roadside building with small kitchen small stove residential fridge, large dresser, sleeper sofa, utensils, etc . full bath in bedroom. bedroom had double bed and large dresser plenty of room for blow up mattress for my son in there, daughter had sleeper sofa. still a close walk to beach. very clean. never ate at tiki bar, drinks were good. no breakfast available when we were there. they were looking for a morning cook. I would definitely stay again and hope that I get a chance. beautiful beach was very impressed as I usually prefer gulfside. you can drive on part of beach but wasn't as crowded as Daytona, clearwater, pcb, etc. nice town,close to everything, publix nearby. great restaurants!

a few things could be updated, beds were not the most comfortable, not the worst I've had at a hotel. floors were clean as far as sand goes, and even provided a broom and dustpan in each room to help with sand but seemed as though it could have been mopped better. nice new flooring though.

This hotel was in a great location! It was clean, even though it was an older property. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was a lovely older property with convenient beach access. It met our expectations and would stay again if the opportunity arose.

We had a bit of a challenge with hot water for showers, but nothing that would keep us from trying this location again. Our only suggestion would be to have a mat before entering or just inside the door to try to keep the sand contained. Even with sweeping it ended up on all the floors!! No big issue just a small thought.

Beds were comfortable, shower was great, little kitchen perfect, everything was wonderful. It really is a perfect spot you've got this 1950s Style Motel on the beach and you got a tiki bar you can't ask for more than that. I will definitely be coming back.

Nothing I didn't like, everything was spectacular and wonderful and perfect for this type of Motel. Not a lot of these left, simple sweet and comfortable. Good value and wonderful spot.

The courtyard was awesome and the ac was amazingly cold. I loved the pillows on the bed. There was a tiny patio next to the pool that I wad able to use for a get together before the tiki bar opened. It was perfect.

The bathroom door didn't close and the power would surge. It would never turn off but it just went dim to bright a lot.

Everything,it was like a small beach town atmosphere. Folks were friendly my grandson had kids to play with. Staff was friendly and efficient. I will go back every year with the whole family. Thanks for making our stay in your paradise wonderful for our lifelong memories.

The location,it’s unique charm, comfortable beds and the bar!

No and I mean Zero control over room temperature! This is a big deal for a couple of women with hot flashes in Florida. I’m glad our visit was during this time of year because summers would be brutal. That information should be disclosed. The owner/ manger is not the most pleasant guy.
