Location is great. Staff is attentative and nice. Breakfast has many options to choose from!

Need firmer pillows I think my only complaint was that the pillows were too fluffy and so you need at least 6 if you want to sit up to watch TV and I feel like the tv stand was not centered very well between the 2 queens and sofa in the room. Tv is stationary and cannot be relocated however certainly these minor issues would not hinder us from staying there again.

the refrigerator was great - we were moving and between homes and really needed the fridge. worked out great. plus I work from home so the desk area was perfect for me.

the fire pit outside was beneath our window and we had to call and complain a couple times about the noise after midnight - but never had a problem the rest of the week

It was decorated very well. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The sheets were super soft. I liked the way the room was divided with the curtain between the beds and the sofa. The pool area was very nice with a nice large hot tub. There was a special area for grilling and eating outside too. The firepit was nice even though we did not use it.

The breakfast had a nice selection, but very unorganized staff and a lot of items weren't replenished in a timely matter. Someone should have been keeping an eye on things and replenishing before the items were out completely. We had to ask for grits, orange juice, etc. The butter was very hard to find. The tables and food stations were not kept clean. In fact I never saw the staff wipe down anything. When the breakfast attendant filled the yogurt he sat on the floor right in everyone's way then put all the yogurt in front of the butter. Then it was really hard to find butter.

The location is great, 5 mins to the beach by car. Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes. The 24-hour market next door is great. The barbeques available for guests use was great, we cooked for two nights and we were the only ones there. The kitchenette is good, the fridge worked perfectly. So did the microwave.

We had asked to stay on the first floor and they put us on the fourth:( They claimed that they had not received our note but we actually had our messages on the booking app. They apologized but it did not help much. My husband, who had to go outside to smoke, had to climb four flights of stairs several times a day as we did not feel safe using the elevator in these covid times.

I LOVED THE PROXIMITY TO WAWA. I WAS ABLE TO GET AND AWESOME SAUSAGE EGGS, BACON , FRIED ONION AND SALSA BURITO THAT WAS "OFF THE CHAIN" GOOD. THE ORANGE JUICE WAS GOOD AT THE HOTEL : ) ADDITIONALLY THE HOTEL STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. WITH GREAT ACCESS TO NOKOMIS BEACH. ( WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE YET NOKOMIS BEACH HAS GREAT PARKING LOT WITH A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH. (VERY EAST TO TAKE A COOLER OR BEACH UMBRELLA) TO A PERFECT SPOT ON THE BEACH, AND IN THE EVENING ENJOY THE DRUM CIRCLE FESTIVITIES IN SEASON. : )

HIDDEN FEES AT CHECK OUT . I RECEIVED A $174.71 BILL AT CHECK OUT . AND I WAS VERY SURPRISED TO SEE A $200.92 AND A $112.00 PET FEE DEBITED FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. NOTE: NONE OF WHICH WERE LISTED ON MY CHECK OUT BILL AT 10AM. WHAT A SURPRISE UPON ARRIVING HOME : (

All of the staff were exceptionally attentive and genuinely kind. Christian, Daniel, Tony all very helpful, giving me a little extra time for check out and some free bottled water to hydrate after packing up the car, was very much appreciated. check in was swift and room accommodated my disability perfectly.

The hot tub was out of order for the first 4-5 days of my two week stay. one of the only two available washers was out of order but loads are cheap at .75 each! wish they kept decaf coffee available to guests beyond breakfast time.

Everything was great we had the best time and the staff was the best.

They could have a few more washers and dryers. That is my only complaint every time we wanted to dry our swimming stuff they were both in use.

Breakfast was really good and unique (breakfast sandwiches and omlets). Rooms are really spacious and beds are comfortable. Perfect location in an up and coming town. Would stay again. Highly impressed. About 6 miles from Caspersen beach. Not a bad drive.

There was an overpowering almost like sour milk smell when you walked into the hotel. It only went away during breakfast time. Every-time I walked through the lobby I had to hold my breath or I would start gagging.

Really the hotel has the greatest hospitality I have ever experienced !! The front desk & manager were welcoming from the start & I was able to check-in early. The suite had an up to date dish washer & everything was fresh ! Grilling at the pool a plus 🌠

My first room had strong fumes of Lysol....they quickly remedied that & I changed rooms. 🤗

the staff was wonderful especially Abigail at the front desk every morning. She always had a smile on her face. I witnessed her at the front desk daily. She always gave 100% when interacting with guest and when interacting with phone calls. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such a prime example of an excellent customer service representative.

after 13 nights at the hotel breakfast was too routine.
