The owner was absolutely amazing and upgraded our room to a larger one when we checked in. The hotel is an older one but they are working hard to refurbish the units and the bathroom was completely new and our room had a full kitchen and separate bedroom. If you want a no frills, good priced hotel convenient to Lake Okeechobee I highly recommend this place.

The A/C could have been a bit larger for the unit size that we had but it was a very hot weekend and they are still in the process of upgrading the units.

On arrival, Dave was very nice, friendly, and helpful. He had us checked in literally in less than a minute. He spent the other few minutes telling us about the town, asking about our travels and just being a total neighbor. The room was quaint and adequate. The water was hot, and the fridge was cold. The room was clean, and there were plenty of linens. Overall, it was a great experience. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Okeechobee.

We enjoyed our stay here. Nothing was wrong or out of place.

Check in was very easy and room was prepared and ready for me even though it was late at night when I arrived. I also appreciated that the room was checked and clean daily.

It would’ve been better if the black out curtains actually blacked out all the light from the morning sun. Due to the morning sun coming through the bathroom window, the bathroom was extremely hot on a daily basis.

The room smelled fresh the cleaning lady was very attentive and pleasant to talk too.the owner was very attentive and pleasant to talk to.clean trash cans .the cleaning lady changed our bed linen after the 3 rd day which is wright she forgot to put soap and hair wash in our room but gotten her to give it to me the next day and we didn't have hand we towels she forgot.but we accepted the fact that it not a big deal .

The office staff had excellent customer service and the room was VERY clean! It smelled very clean too. The rooms are a good size and the bathroom was small but not necessarily in a bad way. It was perfect for what w needed and at an affordable price. We will be staying again soon!

Very clean. Management friendly and helpful. Cleaning done daily. The heat/air conditioner worked great. The bed was very comfy -- sits up high (room 107) which was good since I'm a fairly tall person. Its an older motel and the furnishings are basic but the price was good and I liked the cleanliness.

Had a pedestal sink which was fine but would have been nice to have a shelf to put makeup, hair products on.

A very pleasant surprise for a one star hotel. Impeccably clean room and very friendly and personable manager. He bent over backwards to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. An amazing experience.

Absolutely nothing. It could not have been better and I will stay there again when I’m back in the area in January.

Everyone was very nice and helpful.my Wife loved the shower so much I had to buy one. The room was very cozy,eloquent in its simplicity. We will come back lots of times to visit our Daughter and stay at the Scottish Inn.

very very clean! super comfy bed, cold A/C and super friendly staff! we called as we were pulling in and realized we should’ve researched the parking area( we were hauling a horse trailer), I explained to the gentleman our dilemma, he told me no problem, I’ll move my van and you can park in the grass! super super nice ppl.
