The room was clean and the price was reasonable. During our 4 day stay, the staff we dealt with were exceptionally courteous, friendly and professional. We really liked the fact that they didn't come to make the bed or clean the room every day., We did that ourselves in about 30 seconds. Our request for fresh towels and shampoo was filled very quickly. Our room had a sitting area and a small kitchenette, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. We were very satisfied with the accommodations. The hotel is conveniently located near I95 but there was no traffic noise. It is also located in a shopping mall with several nice restaurants.

The hot breakfast should have been a little varied each day. Scrambled eggs and sausage every day gets to be a little old. There was no waffle maker to break the monotony, for something hot. Cold cereal had to do.

I enjoyed our room's cleanliness and the staff's friendliness. We had access to an iron, hair dryer, microwave, and mini fridge. The breakfast was okay as well. Free parking

I would have liked a larger variety of breakfast options. The taste of the eggs could have been better. I would have liked pancakes or Belgian waffle options if possible. I appreciate the hotel's efforts for a satisfying breakfast either way. They were very attentive to details.

Convenient, location. The gentleman that changed our room when we said there was a problem with the first one.

People, smoking on the bench that's out front. I'm highly allergic/sensitive to smoke with it that close to the door entrance😱 having to walk by and try not to inhale the odor. Light above the bathroom sink could be brighter.

The room was large and well laid out. We had plenty of room for our large family. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The breakfast was sufficient and there was plenty of seating. The parking was ample and the pool area was nice even though we did not use it. The location was near lots of stores, restaurants and the interstate. Would definitely recommend.

The back door did not respond to the key cards. The first floor hallways showed some need of repairs to the ceiling and floors.

Wonderful hot and cold breakfast every morning. Lots of choices to choose from.

The woman at the front desk could have been more helpful with questions I had. Didn't seem like she wanted to be bothered. Everything I asked she told me to do online myself. I know people are phone and computer savvy these days, but I am not, I am a little tech illiterate lol.

Staff was friendly all around. Clean room and very large.

There were some roaches near the coffee area, but being Florida we were not put off too much by this. We understand and they were baby ones, but it was creepy. Thank goodness we saw them on our last night, so only bad that last night. Staff was great and very nice room.

Loved the location and the room was very clean. The shower was quite spacious & the full body mirror was so helpful. The complimentary breakfast was definitely a plus!

The shower door kept sliding back and wouldn’t stay closed.

The bed was so comfortable. The walls were well insulated, so quiet and relaxing. The put us in a handicap room because they were booked but they offered to put us in a different room if we didn’t like the layout. We stayed in the room because it was so comfortable.

The fan in the bathroom was very noisy, we asked them to fix it but they never came.

The staff was professional and friendly. The rooms were clean. The pool area was very nice, we got to spend time with the family.

Breakfast choices could have been better.

the breakfast was great. The people on front desk exceptional, all of them. Also I like the restaurants and store near by, Also been next to 95.

The room was smelly. Like someone smoke or either room need ventilation. The put a spray in the room but that make it worse.
