I was with my two grandsons age 10 and 8 and Larisa at the front desk was AMAZING. All staff was kind and very helpful and the place was so clean and the room was awesome. Location is perfect with a Dave n Busters near by and lots of options for eating out less than 4 miles away. We are already making arrangements to go again and this time we are going to make it for a longer stay!

Cleanliness, practical, spacious

The billing system. I purchased my stay through Booking.com, and they gave a total when I finalized my reservation. When I arrived for check in, my total was over $30 extra, the explanation being that the system does an estimated” charge and that I would see the final charge at check out, this made no sense because the was a hold for damages which is standard everywhere. I don’t get why there was and “estimated total” and a hold for damages at check in..

The location is excellent with the variety of stores and shops around. The rooms are nice and accomodating. The rooms being kept in great condition with appliances and fixtures.

The Internet connections drop and you lost connection for awhile. The television lost connection for a long period of time each day. Breakfast could of had more items available for choice, very minimal.

I liked everything, everything was great!

We felt hot at night when going to sleep, we would wake up in sweat. I think that's the only issue that we had at the hotel. If only the rooms would of had ceiling fans would of been great when going to sleep. That's the only thing we didn't like.

I think the pool area needs attention . It wasn’t cleaned the entire weekend we were there . The floor was dirty h and the same dirt from the days before . The bathroom by the pool was unkept and there was no soap to was hands . Overall everything else was excellent rooms were clean staff was great 👍🏽

Place is new and very clean. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

GPS will not direct you to the right location. We got lost getting there and Uber drivers could not find the location either. Breakfast options are very limited, with only two hot items available.

It was a clean room with ample space. The shower had great pressure and I did enjoy the ample amount of toiletries inside the room. The little kitchenette and fridge was fantastic and contained everything you could need to store and cook food.

My only complaint was the smelled like someone was smoking inside the room. It wasn't super strong but enough that you could smell it walking in. We did not spend much time in the room but the AC did take a while to kick in and it did take over an hour to get it cooled to be comfortable.

I liked the fact that everything was very clean and open and bright.The lobby is beautiful.

The set up of the room with the bed right next to the bathroom door was not the best. If someone got up to use the bathroom it would make the whole room light up when the BR door was opened. Also, not impressed with the breakfast. Every choice it seemed was so sweet and packaged.

Very clean, inviting, accommodating, warm and friendly environment. Thanks for making my stay always an enjoyable one

The decor, friendly faces and I felt safe

We liked the kitchen and the comfortable clean bed.

We did not like getting locked out of our room. We were told the room key can be wiped when placed next to your cell phone.
