perfect distance to the universal parks. U Can Walk there in only 15-20 min. The hotel has a great breakfeast With different types of bread, eggs, fruit, muffins and waffels. There is also coffea, tea, juice and milk. Everything me and my family needed before a day at the parks. The pool is great after a Long day, and the area is gated so u can stay there without getting disturbed.

cleaning of the rooms is not the best. We found an Old juice box behind our curtain, and the rooms are a bit run Down, but for the price it’s not a biggie. The pool had sand and dirt on the buttom, but nothing i wouldn’t expect from an outdoor pool

We liked the room size and the breakfast.

We didn’t like the shower in the room. It was hard to shut off after taking a shower because it stayed dripping water. We asked one of the housekeepers to take the trash out and take the dirty towels, and leave us clean ones. Sadly after coming back none of those things were done. The lady who checked us in wasn’t friendly nor informative. I understand if someone isn’t having a good day but if you are the first person a guest sees PLEASE try harder to give a better welcoming. You are the first impression a guest gets from the hotel.

what a great gem of a hotel. staff very friendly. clean facility despite being a bit out dated. pool/hot tub area is very cute. breakfast was great.

requested daily cleaning as there was 5 of us staying in the room together, we were gone sun up till sun down every day at the theme parks and the last day no cleaning was done and no towels replaced. at the end of a long day when we are getting ready to depart the next morning I had difficulty finding staff for towels and came home to uncleaned room. a little disappointed but overall a great hotel.

What did we love? Everything! From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, I had a good feeling. Great location! About 6 minutes from Universal (which was our family vacation destination) and International Drive area. The location was nice and off to the side from the crazy part of the city, not so busy and congested. We booked a 2 queen and sofa site on the first floor. Pictures provided. The ceiling is high and so much space! Carpet and sofa was brand new. The room didn’t smell at all. Everything was clean. The sleeper sofa seemed brand new which helped us as a family of 5. The room was comfortable and we slept like bears. Service was excellent! When we needed extra towels, bedding etc, they would kindly send it to us in a timely manner. They offer cleaning service as long as you don’t leave your “Do Not Disturb” door hanger on. Anything you needed, just go to the from desk and you’re greeted with a smile and pleasantness every time. Breakfast: Everyone wants to know right? No bags. I guess that is over and done with. We had eggs daily with both pork and Turkey sausage patties (one day was bacon). They have breads for roasting, dairy (yogurt, milk), cereals, muffins and pastries, coffee (3 kinds), juice, and fruit. Staff is friendly and man, they work hard! They keep that breakfast stocked as much as possible. You have two eating. Masks were recommended but optional. The pool is nice with a brick deck with chairs and hot tub. I covered basically what we used out of the facility. I didn’t use the gym but did pass it a few times. The price was great! My kids, husband, and myself all said this will be our place next visit! Thank you! **The pictures I took of our room was before we checked out so please, don’t mind the messed up beds LOL!

Not sure what was up with the AC but it took a little time to cool off. Not sure if it was just the heat outside. It’s was a minor concern but we still slept like bears and was comfortable all the time.

Very close to the parks and outlets, staff was nice, the room was clean.

This is a lovely hotel. very friendly on check in and were able to put us in the direction of shops nearby. tho i needed more a food supermarket type. The pool had a hoist making it very accessible for one in our party is in a wheelchair, in general tho the whole place was wheelchair accessible. The beakfast was top notch plenty of options and definately left with full bellys. we got ubers to seaworld and universal from here and found that very easy to use and not very expensive. rate for the night very competitive too.

wifi kept connecting and disconnecting. the tea and coffee making facilities were alien to us so we would have liked a simpler option these are small tings and didnt affect our stay at all.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. I’ve read other replies that there is no clean service during your stay or no/poor breakfast - that’s not true. 1. Regarding cleaning: there is information that cleaning will be provided upon your request (because of COVID-19). But even we didn’t ask, the towels were changed every day, once we asked for cleaning and it was made. So no problems with that. 2. Breakfast. Due to COVID in many hotels breakfast now are not provided at all. Here you can find smth to grab and go. Some biscuit+muffin + yougurt+fruit +water/juice. Smth like that. Of course it’s the same every day. But I should add that actually the same breakfast was provided in 4stars hotel in NY😀 so no complaints about that. Thanks 🙏🏻 3. Actually we like our bed) super comfy!!! We were dreaming about that bed at the end of the day in Universals parks😂 4. It takes us 15-20 minutes to get to the Universal parks by foot. Actually if you are not lazy, that’ll save you a lot of time: no standing at crowds at all. Because almost all people are coming there by bus/car and then standing in long long lines of other lazy people))

Convenience and access to theme parks.

everything! staff was respectful and polite extremely efficient if I need anything they where right at my door to help or deliver towels or sheets. the breakfast was phenomenal! this place is managed very well I felt so happy to have booked a room there for me Ana my family we last spend the night before at another hotel I’m Kissimmee called the Palazzo and that was a nightmare! we had such a bad experience there fire alarms woke us up at 4 am and the management was so disrespectful and rude . the comfort inn and suites was a breath of fresh air fir me and my family. we felt safe and comfortable.

there was nothing I can say I did not like everything was perfect!

The staff was extreamly friendly, the hotel was right in the middle of all the fun (15 min. average from all points of my trip *Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Texas De Brazil, and the Sugar Factory), it was exteamly clean, and was affordable. A hot continental style breakfast was included and I felt safe with the hotel's security measures.

Their was only 1 elevator was working, it got busy during breakfast hours and checkout times. Also there was no in room safe.
