Room was very clean, good AC. Hotel was near Universal. Good value for the money. Pool was nice. Ok hotel, nothing special.

Breakfast was bad. Literally nothing fresh (no fruits, vegetables, cheese, yogurt, ham etc) and it was the same every morning. Little bit odd smell in the room.

location to Universal fantastic. Front desk clerk around 8 pm was fantastic.

Front desk clerks we talked with on phone around 5 pm where very unprofessional. Had difficulty finding reservation with Booking.com. Made us nervous so stopped in to get room keys prior to picking up family at airport. Originally thought we'd get family before going to hotel. Were hoping to use shuttle to go back and forth to Universal, but shuttle only ran until 6 pm and not sure we'd be done by then. Surprised breakfast did not start until 7am,

Stayed here for two weeks. This was a perfect hotel for a trip to Florida; Universal twenty minute walk through the Backlot, free bus to Busch Gardens ten minute walk. Short drive to shopping malls and to the other amusement parks. Hotel had good parking for my car. Staff in the hotel couldn’t have been nicer from check-in to check-out, and looked after me during hurricane. Queen room with comfy chair. Room refresh, towels everyday and sheets every few days. Small pool and seating area, very refreshing and while I was their I had almost to myself. Breakfast, included, was always the same, simple but nice; Other choices nearby if you want something different. Plenty of restaurants, bars, (recommend Bloodhound Brew ten minute walk) chemist and supermarket nearby (all walkable).

Nothing, except I had to come home.

The room was very clean and the bed really comfortable. You can walk from the hotel to Universal Studio if you don’t mind a 20 minutes walk. Nearby are some nice restaurants. Staff was friendly.

The breakfast could be better. There wasn’t much variety and everything is served on paper plates (think about the environment please!). The pool area was okay but could need some update.

The breakfast was good, a bit old fashioned but still with everything you need. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The staff was very kind and helpful with no problems at all. Pool area looked good but did not take advantage of it.

I think that the absence of roof lighting ( all lighting in the room was through lights on the nightstands etc) was a bit annoying. The elevators were very old and not very trustworthy but still did the job.

I would like to applaud Evane (I hope I spelled her name right) on such a warm and welcoming check-in. I really enjoyed speaking with her and the contagious smile every time I saw her. Can't say that about the desk staff working that night. He seemed as if he didn't want to be bother when I asked for some washed cloths.

My only complaint would be having to go down stairs to request additional towels because we were only given 2.

Staff and the room were excellent as was the location

Only thing a bit sad was the swimming pool needed repair

Nice location, friendly and efficient staff, good breakfast, clean. Great spot if you are visiting Universal. Supermarkets, fast food and gas stations nearby. We will be back for future travel plans.

The room was overbooked on the first night. Staff accommodated us in the immediately lower tier room and gave us a full refund for the first night without any questions asked.

The breakfast was good, although it was the same scrambled eggs and sausage each morning (perhaps a little variety would have been nice) but there were other offerings as well. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room perfectly adequate

The only thing we found strange is that the bathroom only had one overhead light. There was a large wall mirror in the bathroom but it needed a light overhead or lights on the side to be more functional
