The room is large and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Breakfast as always is very good, with waffles that my children love. We were at Universal and the hotel is very close.

We only had one detail during this stay that when using the shower the bathtub was slippery and my companion fell, but without a problem. So I suggest having with the material that you have or that you use to clean.

Exceptionally well run hotel. Very clean. Fantastic breakfast with something different every morning. Fresh coffee and snacks 24/7 free of charge. Every staff member friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you want a free shuttle to Orlando Studios from the door every morning. Would be my pleasure to stay there again.

Hampton Inn is pretty much my go to hotel anymore. They always have very clean rooms, great beds with bedding, extremely clean bathrooms, good lighting with tons of outlets for charging all of my electrical items. I like the fact all side entrances require room key to get into the building, made me fell safe. Loved the location and fairly easy to get in and out of the parking lot onto the road. Breakfast selections are also good.

Odd odor down in the lobby area on the first floor; wasn't fan of the smell.

The location to universal is amazing. The hotel is easy to get in and out of during traffic as well. There are many places close to eat and even and really nice Walmart for all of your needs. The staff were so kind and even double checked that I had non-feather pillows for my room (I had requested prior to stay.) I have stayed at much more expensive hotels and they never did this. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was amazing. The staff for everything paid great attention to detail and always smiled. I will stay here again for sure when visiting again.

Hello, i would like to thank your team for making our adult kids first trip to America since Covid-19 a remarkable memory. It really was about a mile from Universal Studios front door. A nice walk or 8.00 usd uber daytime. 31.00 usd nighttime ride. Your online booking was easy, your front desk staff was trained and very friendly. Your kitchen team was Great! From western omlets, waffles, coffee bar, and nightime cookies. Your guest room teams were very buisness oriented and polite. I did not feel i had to avoid them. But more recognize them as part of your great team. The hotel is in a area getting a makeover. Increasing the hotel welcoming. You have new night reaturants built or being built near you. This will only increase the vacation experiance. I highly recomend a stay for a family looking to enjoy the parks of Orlando.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is great to Universal Studios and lots of malls and restaurants nearby, the breakfast included is a big plus, and the value you get for the cost is great.

2 areas of improvement: the air conditioner of our room was a little loud to find an alternative to the window ac unit. The second area is the cleaning service; it can be a little confusing with cleaning your room, so I'll suggest that all rooms be checked every day unless the customers don't want to.

Everything was clean, the location was great, very close to Universal Orlando. Breakfast was great, overall it was a great stay.

A Comfortable bed. Breakfast good. Staff friendly. Enjoyed the complimentary water in room. We needed a microwave after a late arrival. We were able to warm up our food. The ac worked wonderfully.
