The room was really nice, and new. Pool is great and warmed up. The staff is really, really nice. They extended our check out time when requested, and let us use the pool after check out.

The first night the shower head pressure was really low, but the rest of our stay was fine. The breakfast is really overpriced, would’ve been nice if it was free.

only 1 light in the room worked, lights over the beds did not work. the light in the vanity/sink area in bathroom was very dim.

All the staff members are great. Enjoyed front desk agent Megan. They all exceeded expectations, very knowledgeable, understanding, went beyond to accommodate our lodging needs and special requests. The destination fee is basically given back in $10 credit that can be used for different things, especially love that I can use it at Starbucks . The beds are so comfortable and I am definitely looking at going online for the mattress to purchase for myself.

The chair lift at pool for those who need it did not work for my husband, that is an amputee. The children and adults kept getting scrapped along pool wall and in center of pool.

I liked it but it could have been more joyful, for the kids since it was Christmas. I don’t think anyone even said merry Christmas to my kids 4 and 6. Since the weather was so cold the pool was not an option, I feel there should have been an activity added by the hotel maybe a night show to give some ideals. Would I stay here again? Yes Would I stay here during Christmas again? No But overall it was a successful stay. So I give it a 9.0 Hope this helps.

The location was great and the room was really nice. Getting complimentary HBO was also a nice surprise. I wish we’d had more time so we could have used one of the pools. They looked really nice!

The only complaint I have is that our shower only got hot or hotter. We couldn’t really make it any colder which sucked after a long day at Disney. I wanted a cold shower to help me cool down when we got back but even turning it so that the shower was almost off it still wouldn’t get cooler. It stayed hot the whole time. It’s like the knob was only there to turn it on and off, not control the temperature.

The pool was awesome and my room was nice. The staff was very welcoming and professional. They did give you a free drink and food voucher. I wasn’t told that I had to use it by a certain day but that’s ok. I was still able to use 1 of them. The location is great. A lot of food options near and it’s not to far from Idrive.

Loved everything. Will stay here again.

beautiful property, close to disney and nearby restaurants and Starbucks. front staff is super welcoming, special shout out goes to Mary at the frint desk who was so warm and nice and went out of her way to make our stay even better. thank you Mary. beds were the most comfortable ever, rooms were large and balcony was a plus.

We loved the location and the amenities. The pools were nice and the big huge TV screen over the pool was great! The lobby area is beautifully decorated and situated. The colors are great!

The elevator was out in our building but it wasn't a deal breaker...things happen. The breakfast wasn't included with the room but it was good.
