everything was literally amazing,luxury and relax! the location is good the room was amazing the staff were spectacular ! I was their to celebrate mmmmmmmmm my birthday and they “made my day” with the complimentary extra waffle on breakfast with a candle and a ballon with tropical fruits with a happy birthday message, and they put our convenience first. special thanks to the great manager and the staff we are definitely coming back ❤️

I’d like to thank Ette hotel Family for the worm welcoming and taking care of us in every aspect .. it was different experience with compare to all hotels I’ve ever visited around the world.. even for the things out of hotel scope! The room pictures when I booked looked amazing .. We got more amazed when we got there.. so clean and the place is setup in every tiny detail .. The service is beyond outstanding. This hotel will be the only hotel I am staying in when I get back to Orlando. Special thanks to Sheila and Malika and all members who I might forgot their names. We will remember this experience for the rest of our life.

Literally Nothing

Fabulous hotel with lovely staff and outstanding food in the restaurant - we ate there every night, which is very unusual for us. Pool is well appointed and clean, if a little small. Rooms were beautiful, we had a suite and it was extreme my clean and well equipped. Hotel is in a slightly odd place, but we knew this, and it’s still convenient to get to everything. The BYO in the restaurant was great and enabled us to spend more on food! Would definitely book to stay again.

Slightly quicker service at pool - was a bit slow at times and someone to check pool area for dishes/rubbish more frequently.

Very clean with courteous and helpful staff. Loved the cleanliness maintained by the fantastic housekeeping crew.The hotel is also close to Disney World.

Might be helpful to have breakfast service commencing before 08:00. Housekeeping might be stretched as there appeared to be only 1 crew doing an entire floor. Would be nice to have rooms already cleaned up before 3pm. Happened to a colleague when we came back early and housekeeping just started on his room. A bit surprised to see housekeeping changing bedsheets every day. Was staying for a week. But I'm not sure why they didn't do it in the last 3 days. Regardless, the level of cleanliness gives me good confidence of the hotel.

A big surprise, unexpected quality in an area that really needs a change in terms of hotel quality. It starts with a great welcome, I arrived after 20 hours of flight around the world from another trip, staff super friendly, showing me everything, introducing me to their perfume collection right at the entrance. When I realised the hotel does not serve alcohol/wine due to their spa policy I was initially shocked. But for guests like me, arriving after such a long flight and not willing to get some wine myself from the shop next door, they bring you complementary wine. That was such a positive surprise! The spa treatment was also very special, a great place, especially if you travel for business like me, to relax and have a break after or before a stressful day!

We felt it was an odd place to build a 5 star hotel I really like the large shower heads but not when the water jets are needle sprays, no enough volume of water coming out. They have second restaurant (6th floor) up stairs on the roof that plays loud music until midnight, the owner moved us from under it as we checked in but when everything was quiet you couldn’t still hear the bass coming through.

after a week in a Disney property this was the change we needed. it’s a family run, luxury independent minutes from Disney (wish we’d done the previous week too). the property itself is finished to an amazing standard, with the friendliest team who are focused on making your stay perfect. whilst it is a dry property, it isn’t really an issue. the food and service from the Resturants are exceptional…can’t wait to stay again

I just have to say that the customer experience Ette's staff provided me and my family everything I wanted. Even the impossible. I can guarantee they will do the same for you.

Unfortunately, due to the times we checked in/out, we missed breakfast. However, we had lunch with no intention of having dinner. But, since lunch was so tantalizing and exceptional, we decided to rush back to the hotel in the evening to have dinner. We were not disappointed. Part of our restaurant experience has included chats with the ever so humble Executive Chef Alex Mayfield. Alex, undoubtedly is behind the success of the restaurant, though he will never take the credit because he is doing what comes naturally and what he loves. It was a delight chatting with Alex. We encourage all guests to visit the restaurant and make an effort to speak with Alex for interesting facts on the carefully picked menu items!

Nothing we did not like! We loved EVERYTHING about Ette and The Salt & Cellar Restaurant!

Everything! All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the owners and front of house staff. We have a 16 month old and they were very accommodating for him, the crib and extras in the room for him were great. The food was excellent, especially the truffle pizza and cod! The pool is heated and outside area was beautifully maintained, and we had it all to ourselves! I mentioned on booking that we were staying as an extension of our honeymoon and we got a complimentary upgrade to the suite, this was a lovely surprise after travelling over 15 hours! They also sent a complimentary fruit platter to our room on arrival which was also a lovely touch! We hired a Tesla for the duration of our stay and they charged it for us which was a massive help! We also visited Magic Kingdom and this was only a short 15 minute car ride from the hotel. We will definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone. Families and couples, even solo travellers, it accommodates all! Thank you for making my first trip to America so amazing!
