The location is amazing, close to everything especially if you use the road along side the property to avoid traffic. Every member of the staff that I interacted with was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The condo was very clean and has modern appliances. The fact that the property is gated provides peace of mind.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. I highly recommend this property.

1. Spacious, quiet, and clean townhome. 2. Location is excellent. It is close to the Disney World parks and to many restaurants and shops. 3. Parking is easy.

1. Televisions were not easy to navigate. Couldn't access YouTube or other providers. 2. The restaurant, Villagio, made it difficult to order by phone and did not honor our 15% discount. One lovely employee by the name of Gre came to our rescue and made our order possible. The food was very good. 3. The toiletries were skimpy.

My apartment was clean and comfortable. Lots of space for the whole family. Each room having its own toilets and bathroom ♥️♥️♥️. About 25 mn away from Walt Disney and universal studios, I specially loved the space in the kitchen♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️. With Walmart 3mn by car, restaurants nearby.

Kitchen ustensils. Very poor. Not enough for backing with my kids during our 3 weeks stay. The management needs to do an effort that way. Very important for families

Great location. Good value. Enjoyed the hot tub.

Have rented at this property before, and many small things that are apparently no longer offered. One example is toilet paper…one single roll per bathroom for an entire week? Also no laundry detergent, no coffee/tea, and no dishwasher detergent, all of which have been provided during previous stays. Rate went up and amenities went down.

Wonderful location. Very close to Disney World. Lots of space for everyone. I had my own bathroom!! Very clean. I loved how quiet the location was. Gated community that felt very safe. Would definitely recommend to other travelers.

We were not told before arrival that there is a separate charge for use of the pool. You should make it very clear to customers when they are booking that there is an additional charge if they want to use the pool. Some permanent stains on the carpets. I would suggest replacing carpets with some type of durable, fabricated wood flooring. Looks more up to date and is easier to maintain.

i wish they have house keeping especially for long stay i stayed for 15 days complimentary cleaning even if it was every 3 or 4 days will be great. we had a problem with our ac it been set to 74 temperature in July it was very hot and every time we adjust it it go back to this temperature .

I liked the location & close proximity to Disney World. The area was peaceful and we felt safe since it was a gated property with a security officer on duty 24/7. I also liked the layout & design of the villas and that everyone had their own separate bedrooms & bathrooms. I loved the kitchen and that it was equipped with everything we needed. The interior was very clean inside our unit. I loved the convenience of having a washer & dryer inside the villa. The staff was friendly & helpful. It felt like home away from home!!

I did not like the fact that we had to kill one big water bug in the living room area!! This is a sign that the unit should be exterminated more regularly. And I did not like that our hot tub needed to be repaired and was not working properly upon our arrival. There was blue tape on the control panel of the hot tub to help it stay on. Also, the exterior patio floor was dirty and had not been swept.

Excellent location to all disney parks. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. The Jaqouzzi at the back yard was a very nice touch at the end of the day. Close to Walmart super store and places to eat. Good WiFi. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The apartment could have been cleaner. The AC unit is a little noisy. Low water pressure and long time untill hot water arrive in the shower. It would have been nice to have some basic supplies at the kitchen like salt, sugar, coffee or tea..

It was a great location in proximity to the Disney parks with a lot of shopping and dining options nearby. There was plenty of room for my family of 9 with every room having its own bathroom.

It wasn’t very clean, especially the floors. I don’t think they cleaned them prior to our stay. I question whether the comforters were washed as well. There weren’t enough kitchen utensils for cooking, like a spatula for cooking eggs. Lastly, the cooking pans are not non-stick so make sure you get a non-stick spray if you plan on using the pans.

I had a three-story 4-BR 5 bath and a patio and balcony on the two additional floors every room has its bathroom, and most importantly we did not have to climb stairs 🙃 there is an actual elevator in our villa as well, it's so cozy and feels like home. Also it's right in the midst of everything, Margaritaville!!!

I couldn't stay longer.
