The rooms were very spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped. We enjoyed the 3 different pools, the jacuzzi, and the barbecue. My kids enjoyed the Lagoon pool the most, with the slides and all.

My son is in a wheelchair and we asked for an adaptable unit. They gave us one, but it was not fully adaptable. Starting with the heavy front door which is impossible to open by someone in a wheelchair. Also, there were no disabled parking spots in front of this unit and only 2 disabled parking spots near this unit, which were always full. Beware of their invitation to a timeshare meeting they push in front of you the moment you are checking in. They kind of caught us off guard and we agreed. Although they did give us the gift card they promised just for going (we said no), it was not a nice experience. And please don't fall for it. Read the online reviews first.

We recently stayed at this resort for 3 weeks and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The resort is situated in a prime location, just a short drive away from Disney parks and the city of Orlando. The room we stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of our stay was the abundance of activities and recreational facilities offered by the resort, including three well-maintained swimming pools, a gym, and tennis courts. The staff was always available to assist with any questions and provide recommendations for things to do in the area. One feature that I particularly appreciated was the stable and strong WiFi signal throughout the resort, making it an ideal choice for those who need to balance work and leisure. Overall, our 3 week stay at this resort was unforgettable. The resort met our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in a prime location, with the added benefit of a stable and strong WiFi connection.

Security made us feel safe, spacious condos, lots of amenities, lots of resort-wide activities! You could stay around the resort the whole trip and not run out of things to do! My kids loved the playground and water park. They also have shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, paddle boats, fishing, and more! So much to do. It's also close to theme parks. Everything you need in the condos (laundry soap, salt and pepper, sweetener for coffee, dishes and utensils, etc.) They even had a blender so my husband could make protein shakes in the morning! They also had beachside grills that looked nice!

Kiddie pool needed cleaning/updating. Screen doors to the front porches were noisy and slammed shut. We were in a condo close to the parking lot and could hear loud people singing/laughing/shouting as they walked by as if they were having a conversation in our room. Turned on the white noise app on my phone the rest of the trip and we were good.

I loved the texting feature for things we needed and the security at front gate and the hotel was really nice

the lady at front desk asked me a bunch of personal questions I felt like it was a timeshare deal and when I asked her why she was asking me she said you know what have a nice day I don’t think that was right I left with wasted time still wondering why she was asking me

I liked the way the two bedroom room was set up like an apartment and the kids loved the water park and mini golf . decent food at the bar and the bar tenders were very kind and did their job well despite some of the craziness of the holiday wknd

the area is beautiful, the room was clean, everyone is so friendly !

there should be a limit of how many people go to the water park. some days were over whelming with how many people in the water trying to watch kids was alot.

We picked this resort as it had a full kitchen, laundry room, and plenty of kid friendly activities. We've stayed places before where it says fully furnished kitchen and then you have nothing you actually need. Not with this place, when they say fully furnished they mean it. We brought our own pots and pans etc anticipating that this resort would be like other places we have stayed and didn't need them. They even had something in the kitchen I forgot to bring myself. So if you were like us and looking for a place to stay that has the kitchen this one will definitely give you what you need. Our kids loved the play ground, getting to feed ducks, playing in the sand and the water park. So they checked all their boxes as well.

Very nice! Bed and pillows unusually comfortable. Resort was so much fun for the kids.

They are in the middle of upgrades, so we unfortunately got the room that did not have a screened in balcony. Would've been nice to enjoy the view without being attacked by bugs. The floor was clearly not mopped or a really dirty mop was used. I'm assuming this was due to them trying to accommodate an early check in. Lastly the toilet did not flush well. We didn't make a fuss, because everything else was so nice and the one thing we did mention, they responded very quickly and got it taken care of.

To be honest we were concerned prior to our arrival due to some of the not so perfect reviews but we were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The grounds are beautiful and the room was very spacious. We loved having a full kitchen and the laundry was especially nice to have because our airlines lost our luggage for 3 days. The air conditioning worked perfect and the room was very clean and updated to our satisfaction. The staff were all very friendly and willing to answer all of our questions. We will definitely book again.

Just wish there was a bench to sit on where we caught the shuttle to the theme parks.

Everything was wonderful. So clean and so many things to do. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Felt extremely safe. Would tell everyone I know to stay here.

When we walked in an employee tried to talk us into going to a time share meeting. I don't go on vacations to have people harass me into something I don't want. She didn't want to take no for an answer. I was shocked how small the bed was. It was a one bed room. I think the bed was a double. I can understand a queen but a double. I had to sleep on the sofa because my husband moves around a lot. We are use to a king. The sofa was not comfortable. You definetly need to put a sign on the main highway. Resort was hard to find. But the resort is a four star. Love the room and property.
