The community activity center was amazing, free zip lining was fantastic, the different pools were outstanding and our apartment suite was superb.

The staff throughout the facility changed. The energy was down. I’ve been here many times in the past and the staff made me happy before I even got into my room and throughout the resort it stayed the same. Like it was warm before but now it felt like that one time my friend booked a west gate room. The McDonald’s resort of Orlando. Ordering people to move this way and that. Less smiles. Please, thank you, come again.? Nope none of that. The perky staff use to make this a gem. It’s ok. Maybe it was just me. Disregard.

The resort has several activities. You literally do not have to leave the resort once you get there.

I did not like the additional $250 deposit. But it is refundable. They had accidentally charged me $250 2x and it's still depending until the other fee is refunded.

Loved that the pools were open until midnight and the room was clean and spacious

We arrived 30 minutes after check in and our room was still not ready.

The staff at the Recreation center were AMAZING, very pleasant and attentive. There were pools around every corner. Plenty to do on the property to keep the kids busy. Also, convenient to have a Publix right around the corner. The jacuzzi tub was an unexpected surprise. The room was stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Although, we never took advantage of it we saw the shuttle service transporting guests to various locations on the property.

The staff at check in were very polite but seemed rushed. The staff at the coffee shop on two separate visits were not hospitable at all and seemed aggravated to have to do their job. The elevator in our building kept malfunctioning we had to call multiple times throughout our stay. Called one night for batteries for our TV remote that was dead and never received them. We did get asked to sit on on a time share presentation at check in and declined. The next morning we received a call at 9am while I was cooking breakfast asking us to attend. I told the lady our breakfast was burning I needed to go and she continued to ask. Overall we had a great stay these are just minor things that caught my attention.

Large property, self entrance, lots of pools and complimentary breakfast was good!

There was a smell that was unfamiliar and unpleasant. Many of the wall sockets did not work properly. Plugs kept falling off. Also we waited over an hour to check in.

I did like the amenities even tho we stayed for a weekend. There are a lot of individual pools for different age groups, but I do wish they weren't so apart from eachother. We only stayed at 1 pool and it gets quite busy there. Overall we had a great time.

I didn't like how pushy the concierge desk is about signing you up for the 90 minute resort preview. We checked in and where automatically told to go to the concierge desk so they can show us how to get to our room but instead it's all a setup; they only want to sign you up to receive a "gift" if you go to the 90 minute preview. It's all very enticing but trust me it's not worth the hassle. Our 90 mins turned into about 3 hours and no matter how many times I told them I wasn't interested, they still wanted me to wait so that they could come back and offer us an even better deal. But there's always a catch....remember that!

The pools were nice, especially the pool with the lake view. The pizza parlor at the club house was good. The pizza was A1. The boneless wings were just okay. The staff were all great and helpful when needed.

I was not aware of the $250 deposit at check-in. That was surprising. Also there is a $50 charge per room (up to 8 ppl), to use the zip line and other interactive activities.

I love sitting on the balcony, the bed was comfortable, place was very spacious

That when I show up to the property sharing event that they invite you to come to and receive 100.00 dollar it didn't happen because my daughter didn't come with me. They ask me to come back the next day. Already had been there for over thirty minutes. Had plans for next day.

Honestly, it is a lovely resort but what made it a pleasant stay was definitely the staff. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly, patient, and had great knowledge about the resort and the area which was very helpful as it was our 1st time here.

It is not really close to Orlando at all but navigation was easy to get where you needed to go.

We loved the room/condo! It had everything we could have possibly needed in the kitchen! Loose towel bar and toilet paper holder in the bathroom, not a huge deal...also water not going down smoothly in bathroom sink due to massive hair clog! Eww! The pools were great! Clean clean clean! As were all of the grounds surrounding the property and common areas!

More prompt delivery of items requested to our room. Example, asked for pool towels and they did not to our room for over 2 hours. Cleaning staff entered our room at 10am on our checkout day WITHOUT knocking when we had already requested and confirmed a later checkout with the front desk! And there was definitely a language barrier when we tried explaining that! Thankfully we were fully dressed! The water takes a REALLY long time to get warm/hot. We figured that out by day 3 of our 7 day stay... We originally thought it was just continually cold/cool but after 15 /20 minutes it does get warm. The elevator in our building was broken our first 3 days as well.
