The property was beautiful and clean. Upon check in, we were greeted with a complimentary drink which sounded great after all the traveling we did to get there! The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our experience at Margaritaville was very similar to the many island resorts that we have been fortunate enough to visit over the years. You definitely get a "true island vibe" without spending the extra time and money traveling out of the country. We enjoyed the live music and laid back atmosphere. We traveled with our teenage daughters who seemed to enjoy the resort as much as we did. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. This is a great place for couples, families, and friends. We try to get to Florida every year, we will definitely stay here again.

Omg Ellie at the check in desk was amazing she was personable and very helpful she was so polite and sweet. I love the places she told us to explore.

There is not too much. One major issue I had was handicapped parking that was a joke. You need to keep handicapped access parking a bit closer and more spots. Maybe offer for valet to get you your car. Handicap parking was seriously way too far away up and down steps like that’s just ridiculous for handicap parking . Another thing I did not like was I had to request towels and room cleaning I understand going green I think it’s a great option but we’re on vacation and we’d like our room cleaned and clean towels, without having to ask. 

It was amazing.

We live in Clearwater, which is about an hour and a half away, so having such a great place so convenient to us, is wonderful. This was the third time we stayed at Margaritaville Resort Orlando. We had thoroughly enjoyed our previous stays, but this time it was exceptional. We decided to get a pool view, which was great. I had requested a room on a higher floor, and they accommodated us. I am not sure if it would be possible, but when we go back, I'm going to try to get the exact same room. After coming back to our room later in the day, we just hung out on our balcony, enjoying the perfect view along with the great sunsets. Additionally, the staff is amazing...friendly and courteous. A huge shoutout to the staff in Euphoria Fish House....they were outstanding!

Nothing to dislike.

Design and visuals were stunning. Pools clean. Great staff at pool bars - excellent food at pool and euphoria.

Communication problems everywhere! Front desk, spa, AC went out in our building - no one told us or offered another room. Sad they were sending someone, they didn’t. Spa instructions over the phone - terrible-out on hold twice for more than 12 minutes. Spa did not alert me about a coed relaxing area I. Robes. Larger robe not offered. Embarrassed. Had to reschedule. I had a package deliver but the other office didn’t send it to the front desk before they closed for the day. One communication error after another.

I loved the family atmosphere, but also the ability for this resort to cater to couples. My mom, aunt and I stayed in the one bedroom cottage. It came equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The grounds were immaculate, the lobby impressive and the pools were large and inviting. We loved being so close to the various restaurants and shops in the Promenade at Sunset Walk. My mom uses a walker and the cottage accommodated her need for space. The king size bed was so comfortable that I wish I had the same one at home.

The only thing I wish our cottage had come with was grab bars in the shower. Unfortunately, it was not set up for people with stability issues. However, the shower was large enough to accommodate two people in it, so we were able to ensure my mom’s safety by assisting her when she showered. It would have been nice to have shelves to put our body wash and shampoo instead of having to place them on the floor in the shower stall.

This place was beautiful! I love the unique decor. I literally kept forgetting we were not actually at or near a beach. The staff was excellent, so polite every single encounter. The smell was phenomenal, I wish I could bottle it up and bring it home with me. The breakfast at Provisions was on point! It was so good that we at breakfast there almost every day. We had a spa day at St. Somewhere Spa. This was our first experience at a spa so I dont really have anything to compare it to but we loved it! The pool was amazing. The food at the pool was amazing. The pool was big enough that when there were a lot of people there, it didnt feel crowded. The location was close enough to walk to attractions or stores or take a short Uber to theme parks or International Drive. There were activities for the kids to do on site and a waterpark across the parking lot. Also, we watched the fireworks at disney from our room balcony! We just got home yesterday and we are already planning our next trip!

That we couldn't stay longer

The resort was super clean (and smells phenomenal) and in a fantastic location if you're going to Disney/Seaworld, etc. The pool was huge and even though it went to 4ft deep, it was great for kids. Mine loved it. There are plenty of chairs around the pool and restaurants too. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Our room had a balcony, which I enjoy. Housekeeping does a fantastic job of coming daily to clean and restock towels and such. Check in/out was also easy and all staff were helpful and polite. We enjoyed our summer vacation and felt it was def $ well spent!

The property was nice, however the walkway near our room, on the exterior was covered with black mildew and a bit slippery when wet-suggest. More frequent pressure washing is recommended.

The front desk member who checked us in was not friendly, as we’ve experienced with other front desk members during our previous stay. The initial greeting sets the tone for the stay - bad day or more training needed. Secondly, we asked for a room away from everyone so we could have a peaceful and restful stay. On day two we were awaken to loud music and talking. It did not get any better as the weekend siesta lasted until our departure.

Breakfast in the resort restaurant was fantastic! The food at the poolside bar and grille was also great. Overall the property was beautiful, the pool was fun and clean, and the location and atmosphere was great for families.

The bedding in the hotel room was very uncomfortable and not great quality. The sheets were not soft and were scratchy, and the comforter stuffing was threadbare and bunched up in the corners. Both sinks in our room were clogged and slow to drain. The hotel room floors were super dirty. Overall the property was very nice, but the quality of the hotel room was not what we would expect for the price.
