A beautiful hotel with great facilities near to restaurants and bars

I booked a king room with a resort view and was given a two queen bed overlooking an overgrown tip that was supposed to be gardens???? I returned to reception and had to plead my case to be given what I had booked at least a king bed. I was moved to this and the view was a little better .. overlooking the car park! Apparently a resort view was the back of the hotel and if you wanted what I would call, but they don't, a pool/resort view I would have had to pay an extra $200! We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and had booked this as a treat to both finish our month long trip and celebrate.. after my initial disappointment we did enjoy our stay

Nice and spacious with plenty to do at sunset walk right on the doorstep. Rooms were nice, clean, comfy, pools warm and the hotel had a fun vibe. Nice to get a welcome drink and friendly staff,

Bar was insane we’ve just been on a royal Caribbean cruise and the bar here was dearer. Also didn’t like getting a few snide comments from the bar lady serving and then after paying $24 for two half pint glasses of peroni and 2 cokes one for an adult in a kids cup with a lid and straw to have an automatic $5 tip added and she took my dollar tip without saying it was included too! $31 for a pint and two cokes is robbery. The valet parking is a rip off too $35 a day!

This resort was absolutely beautiful and the staff were fantastic! Lots of great amenities at the resort, and also nearby. Lots within walking distance . We loved the Carribean feel that this resort has, and everything it had to offer. It was very well kept/clean. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

Absolutely nothing! Fantastic place to stay!

I love how well kept clean the facility is , loves the multiple pools to relax , staff super friendly. Parking was available and valet if needed . Love the flexibility available to have a late check out when possible. I have travel a lot and love that in Florida this location made me feel I was in a Caribbean.

Perfectly themed, grounds well kept, mostly.

The sand in the beach club around chairs always had a bit of residual trash from the day before when I arrived in the mornings. A little disappointing, but would t let it ruin my stay. My room felt a bit worn. The floors were just pain dirty. When I cleaned up some water I spilled, the towel was black when I picked it up. (Keep your flip flops on my friends). The artwork on the walls were very, VERY visibly dusty. After the first day, the room smelled a bit like mildew when I walked in. The open glass showers must too much moisture soak into its walls.

We stayed at the Embassy across the street. It was great and had room for everyone. The pool area is great for families

Margaritaville was over crowded.

Reception staff solved our issue very quickly and efficiently. Pool gatel staff lovely Hotel & grounds spotless, Perfect location, will return

We were put in a ground floor room we had issue with a/c in room. It was so noisy we couldn't sleep. However they moved us to a higher level and all was perfect They should keep certain areas for pets, this another issue we had on the first room we had dog urine coming in from the next door balcony. Not the hotels fault ( they moved our room) but I do feel for people who don't take there pets on holiday there should be dedicated areas for these guests.

The scenery was beautiful

They had said all cabanas was reserved and there was 10 empty ones not even being used, should be 1 come 1 served.

The resort was beautifully decorated for the Holiday season. The proximity to Sunset Walk is perfect, great food choices and activities at Sunset Walk. The staff were polite and the food at Provisions and Euphoria were good.

My room had an adjoining door. The family in the room next door, had a screaming child and were up late at night (2am), being loud and using a hair dryer. This went on for 3 nights. Also, I dislike the "scam" that is allowed with Club Wyndham employees and their time share presentation. I felt duped and harassed. The lady even lied about the shuttle service employee, coming to the desk to help because that's what I needed help with. All I had to do was go to the desk for the shuttle services, but she made it seem like she would be there soon and talked my family into this timeshare presentation. This is about the main thing that ruined my vacation. As they're now sending me letters
