We loved all the amenities on the property.

The only thing I was disappointed in, but it wasn’t a big deal was the front desk told me all the water amenities were no extra charge. The water park at the resort is 25 a person. It was fun for the day, but could definitely get pricy. There are many pools that are no charge.

The location is great! It took us about 15 minutes to drive to the parks each day and is conveniently super close to a Walmart Super Center which sells a ton of Disney and Universal Studios merchandise!! The property is beautiful and has a lot of things to do. we didn’t end up doing much other than sleeping in our room, but this could be a great place to hang if you have a day without park plans! The beds were super cozy! Also, we loved the screened balconies, which would be great for summers!

The rooms share a little entry with another room and have a conjoined door, which could be great if you had a bigger family or group that want to be together. However, there is NO sound proofing between these rooms and a big gap under the door (like you find for doors to bathrooms and bedrooms in your house). We had a couple different neighbors during our stay and it sounded like they were in our room, which was super frustrating, especially when one night our neighbors were blasting music. We thought since this was a condo that we would have a stovetop in the kitchen. The only thing you could cook with is a microwave and toaster, so trying to make meals would be hard. There also is not a garbage disposal, which is generally needed in a kitchen.

It’s a one stop shop. You can literally park you vehicle and never move it. There’s food choices, movie theater, 14 pools & more. All you have to do is schedule a drop off and pick up to wherever on the property you’d like to go. There’s also a Walmart across the street, you can load up on food and snacks for your stay. Amazing discounted tickets, but may not accommodate a large group

That you have to pay for the water park if you’re not an owner. If you call for something from the front desk, it takes forever, during my stay I had to call several times for the same thing. They don’t come clean your room on a regular

I loved the room it was very big with TONSSS OF NATURAL LIGHT!! I got one of the remodeled villas I loved it from the moment i stepped inside! The room included a full kitchen with dish washer, washer and dryer, a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The restroom was behind a closed door for privacy so each part ex: bath tub had its own doors also the shower room had its own doors to open and close. They gave laundry soap packets, paper towels 2 rolls, dish soap utensils and also had fresh ice made already! also they do give enough towels and wash rags. I was able to rewash mine when needed rather waiting for room service. Very nice place. we had a pool view and a very nice screened in balcony. I didn't get a pic of that. It was great! Excuse the shoes lol

I was nervous after booking from reading the reviews but from the moment we got there everything was amazing. It was my first time staying at a resort like this so it was very exciting and honestly I have nothing to compare it to except 5 star hotels and it was so much more then that My entire family was so sad to leave. It was clean and smelled good. The customer service was outstanding. There was so much to do we couldn't fit it all in our trip. I can't wait to go back soon.

I do believe that if you are suppose to get a card for mini golf, the swan boats, theater, and sports gear they should give it to you at check in. We didn't find out that we're suppose to have one till 2nd day there when a staff member at mini golf told us we had to go get one. Also I think the waiver for said things should be signed online somehow and not in a little hot building with a bunch of anxious kids around wanting to go have fun. My only 2 complaints are still just that..... little things.

The property was beautiful, lots of amenities close by. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and that the area was screened in to prevent bugs. The pools and jacuzzis were great and so many to choose from. The water park was a nice touch.

I liked everything about my stay. I did experience a house keeper being rude to me because I asked for extra towels. He threw them at me.

This was our first family trip with our 8 month old and I'm currently pregnant so I loved that we didn't really have to leave the property at all. I loved how spacious and comfortable the entire apartment was. The building we stayed in was towards the front so easy to find. My husband and I decided we will always stay there when heading out from Tampa. I love that it was extremely cost-effective! Definitely exceeded my expectations when we pulled up. Thank you for a great 1st family staycation!

This property was perfect for our weekend trip to Disney. It included a living room, kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer at no extra expense. There was also a lot of amenities in the community that could be used - arcade, spa, movie theater, restaurants, etc. They even had a fireworks show last night!

Since the suites are conjoined, you can sometimes hear the guest in the condos next to you. It was like they were right outside of your door.

Very nice clean apartments. nice view from the window. big beautiful area. There are several restaurants and a Starbucks on site. I would like to come back again

I was disappointed that the water park is not included in the price. $25 per day per person and even children. this upset me. the ad looks like the water park is included in the price. Paid Wi-Fi is also disappointing. $30 for 3 days. include these services in your price

I like the variety of activities the property had to offer for the kids. & restaurants.

I didn't like the fact when booking it made it seem your room would be facing the main waterpark & when you get there your view was very disappointing. Please add the correct view for rach room type. Also add the correct name on the App it currently says Beautiful Condo near Disney it should say Westgate Villas. You also advertise there is a Spa but there wasn't any spa apparently its at another location which I had no Idea there was another location in Orlando that would of been nice to choose which property to go to.
