We had a last minute need for a hotel, they accommodated promptly. Our check in was fast and the staff was friendly. We only stayed one night and I realized the next day around 10 p.m. that I left my AirPods in my room. I called that night but was told to call back in the morning when the manager would be able to assist me. The manger was extremely helpful and worked hard for two days to find them. He returned them to me. I loved this hotel, and after my major mishap and forgetfulness, the staff really came through for me and this made my stay that much more incredible. Clean, easy, good people.

Honestly, I saw nothing that I would change. I drive a grand caravan, the parking lot was smaller and made it a little harder to maneuver my large vehicle in but we managed.

The whole staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. The whole space was clean and smelled clean. Also, I was able to book at a great rate, and you pay at check out for those of you who are into that.

The breakfast was decent, not a buffet as described. It would have been nice to have some waffles and scrambled eggs, not just pancakes and boiled eggs. Orange juice was watery. Mattress was very firm and the lighting in the room wasn't bright enough.

The location (close to relatives home), value, staff friendliness, and comfort were all very positive.

The room was dark - dark paint everywhere. During daytime the light comes in, but you don't want to leave a curtain open on the first floor where everyone can see in. Consider a lighter paint color. Also, the lighting was very dim in the bathroom - difficult for applying makeup. Housekeeping did not check the microwave - someone had left a dish in there. I noticed this as I went to heat up my coffee. Microwaves and refrigerators should be checked for contents when preparing for another guest to stay.

The room was spacious and clean, with everything needed: a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Free parking and an excellent breakfast. I recommend it.

We were traveling with a small child, and unfortunately, the hotel didn’t have a high chair, which made breakfast a bit uncomfortable. This is just a suggestion for the management — it would be great to have a high chair available for children

The room was a nice size and spacious. Location is close to plenty of restaurants and shopping.

The water pressure could be better in the shower if the shower heads were cleaned with CLR. The pillows are too soft for my liking. The lighting is not bright enough to illuminate the entire room.

Vinay was extremely friendly and helpful. Was able to check in an hour early and my room was near the pool as requested. He is wonderful.

Nothing, visit was wonderful. 2nd visit in 2 weeks did not dissapoint. Will be back for sure!!

The property was in a great location, easy to find and park

The outside furniture was ruined in the storm, so we could not sit and enjoy the outside as we would have liked, but it was nobody’s fault,

Spacious, clean comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Free breakfast and hot drinks. Location was perfect for our needs. The staff were friendly.

The pool was having maintenance so that was disappointing as we couldn't use it

The hotel was fine for my quick visit in St. Petersburg. The staff was friendly & welcoming & the room was spacious. Traveled to town to catch a Rays game & was pleased by how close the stadium was to the hotel.

The hotel has definitely been newly renovated, but it feels like it was done in a rush. The color scheme is a dark gray & not very inviting, there's still a slight mildew smell in the hallways/rooms that shouldn't exist in a newly done hotel...just small details like that which may or may not matter to some travelers.

The rooms are comfortable and there is a fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board. The breakfast is limited but fine and there are restaurants nearby. There is free parking available.

The carpet could be cleaner.
