the Pennwood folks are always so kind and helpful. I’ve needed to book there without much notice several times and they’ve always been accommodating. the staff/team are friendly. the rooms are older, the beds are reasonable, and wifi is 80% but overall the quality for the price is pretty good. I pay attention the shower and bathroom facilities and the wifi/tv, and also to the outside noise and bed comfort.

wifi is weak, but is sufficient for me, tv channels are limited but they’re getting better as they appear to be upgrading TVs. not much else I’d say I didn’t like. it’s comfortable for me for a couple nights. if staying longer and needing a kitchenette it’s important to mention that when you’re booking

I loved the location, so close to the Indian River and the happy hour and night life of Sebastian. And the most delicious Seafood in central Florida! The owner/manager. Was Very friendly and helpful!

The coffee maker was awkward. It was on the refrigerator / Microwave pair. But there was no open outlet there and I ended up moving it to the bathroom. When I plugged it in an outlet I realized the power cord was very short and I had to set the coffee maker on a section of the bathroom sink that was only about 7" or 8" wide and about the same as the base of the coffee maker. It was not very secure there at all. Thank you for asking my opinion!

had a old Florida Rustic feel. rooms were not to big yet also not to small. open both windows a little bit and the fresh salt water air flows right through the room for always a crisp pleasant fresh air smell. like old Florida before air conditioning but updated with all the amenities expected in a higher priced hotel. Even the shower had a seat in it. Service from staff was very good as like we were staying with faimly.

Location is great. Very close to family. Bed was comfortable. It's old and could use updating but it was clean and that's more important to me. Parking space is right outside the door.

Needs more outlets and USB ports. Both sides of the bed needed a table.

It was surprisingly quaint and very well kept. You could tell that they take great pride in this family owned business since 1950's. Loved the pool, the rooms were clean, bright and comfortable.

A stopper put in the sink. Otherwise, the bathroom was great, with a walk in shower. Loved it.

Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, pet friendly for a very reasonable rate. Spacious grounds. Easy to get to.

This was During Hurricane Ian’s Landfall Unfortunately, By No Fault of the Motel,the power went off, But we were gone most of the days and it was cool at night. Power was restored within 24 hours.

Tried to up the price when I got there said the online price was incorrect had to fight with then for two days with it

Had to fight about my online price. Always had the pool locked until way after sunrise.

The room was a good value for the money, considering all else. The pool and the room/bathroom was clean. The motel is also close to the beach.

The lack of personnel at night was a concern, and the room itself was not well lit.

The pool was our favorite part of our stay. The water temperature was perfect and refreshing! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. We will be back!

Nice and quiet. Serene and excellent work personal. Would highly recommend this establishment. I'd definitely be coming back here my next visit to Sebastian.

Nothing to complain about. Fine establishment. I can't stress it enough.
