The location is excellent, directly across a state park beach. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, sp there is no traffic noise. There are local eateries that you can walk to and it is only a mile walk to downtown. There are bikes to use on the property as well as beach chairs, yoga mats, a lending library, laundry and kitchenettes in each room. I had asked about the availability of a blender by email before we came and was told there were blenders with the room. We did not have one when we arrived, but a quick call to the office and we had one to make my breakfast smoothie! Lovely pool with chaise lounges and chairs with umbrellas, shuffleboard, a grill and a nice shaded garden for relaxing. The staff keeps the place immaculately clean. The only thing I would have liked was a door mat to wipe our feet either before entering or when entering the room. Loved our stay and look forward to our next!

Loved everything about the place. Not a big chain hotel, small, friendly and well kept. Close to the beach, and loved the authentic mid century feel of this 1950’s facility. We now live in the North Georgia mountains, but grew up in Vero Beach - it’s one of the few places that remain in Vero Beach that reminded us of old Vero when we were growing up there. We will definitely stay again!

Parking was a bit tight and hot water took a while to get hot at certain times if day. But it in no way diminished how much I loved this small and beautiful hotel.

Immaculate! Pleasantly surprised with our accommodations. Such a welcoming, retro property. I’ve never stayed at such a thoroughly clean hotel before! Not a speck of dust or dirt even on top of the cabinets or refrigerator! The outside couches and chairs were well maintained and free of debris and insects. The pool was sparkling clean and had a great variety of pool toys/floats to choose from. Across the street from the beach by way of a little park, and within walking distance to several great restaurants. We will definitely stay here again. Kiddos to the staff who were all wonderful - from the housekeepers to RiAnn at the front desk!

Size, location, everything. Will come back! We even extended our stay because our room was available. A very chill adult-friendly hotel meets Airbnb style property: you have all the amenities of a hotel but they don’t bother you during your stay. Small kitchen sufficient for making breakfast and sandwiches. 20 min walking into downtown, 3 min to beach, 18 rooms cozy feel, fantastic place.

Nothing really. Some bathroom fixtures could be updated and an additional light provided in the shower area that is a bit dark.

Perfect location in a quiet road next to beach. High standard of cleanliness - appreciated the separate basket for recyclables. Loved the beautiful pool area. We walked to a couple of great restaurants, Maison Martinique and Dario’s. It’s very peaceful overall and the apartments are very cute.

Mainly that the bedrooms need updating - need at least one outlet in the bedroom and a night light. Bed could be firmer as well. Overall still pretty comfortable though.

This was a fantastic property to stay at during our 5 nights in Vero beach. My son was at a baseball training camp at the Jackie Robinson Complex, so we turned it into a little vacation! We arrived late, my husband and two teenage daughters, and they were very accommodating and hassle free to check in. I loved having the full kitchen and apartment style accommodations. Although it’s a little older, the wonderful staff keeps everything super clean ( and I’m very particular with clean hotels) and the view overlooking the pool is gorgeous. There are a few small restaurants within walking distance, and we walked and got coffee and walked the beach one morning and ordered takeout at the pizza restaurant another evening. Its a 2 min walk to a beautiful, wide, very quiet beach. One evening we took the complimentary bikes and rode to the area with shops and restaurants which was about a 10-15 min bike ride. Our beach is much better, cleaner, quieter and wider!😉 It was nice to stay in such a peaceful, relaxing , clean property, but also in close proximity to more amenities if your looking for it! And the price can’t be beat considering the beach is a stones throw away! We would absolutely stay again!

The only suggestion I have, would be to turn the pool music ambience off earlier in the morning. I like to wake early and sit on the balcony and hear birds and the sound of nature, but the music was still on. I went for a walk just for the morning peace and quiet! That’s just my preference though!

Cleanliness, inside and out. Staff attitude, including cleaning staff made us feel welcome. Location is adjacent to Florida park, South Beach Place Park, is one of the best beaches in the state. So close to the motel you could walk from your room to beach in five minutes. Pool and lounges were immaculate. Pool equipment, beach equipment, and bicycles available. Best part is the room; clean, interestingly furnished (sort of art deco), kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, toaster, eating and food prep utensils, blender, microwave. Bedroom A/C kept the whole unit cool despite 88 f temps.

More time to stay over. We could only stay 3 nights.

I loved that the beach was a quick walk across the street. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. It was a very quiet place. I think the concrete walls help dampen sounds because we heard very little from neighbors and the hotel was full.

We wanted to tip the cleaning staff but when we checked out at 9:30 a.m., the office wasn't open despite it saying it would be open at 9:00, so we called and were told to leave the keys in the room with the door unlocked. I didn't want to leave cash sitting on the table for anyone to walk by and take so we ended up not leaving the tip. I would have liked a way to lock the door so that it couldn't be opened with a key when we were inside. Just for safety concerns.

The outside area was really nice and enjoyable , also is very close to the beach to walk . The atmosphere in general was really good and the villa in general was really nice .

The bed was really bad so hard I don’t say that the mattress was old no but was like old fashion mattress and your body can feel the springs .Will be helpful a dark drapes in the bedroom the window to sleep. I have to improve my self to cover the window and live the bedroom darker , but other than that was really a pleasant place . The night after 5pm manager never was there or answered the phone for any need a lady was outside locked out for 3 hours and he never show up or call .

It reminded us of a typical 60's style hotel. It was very quiet and had a nice location with short walk to the beach. Great for a short stay. A little small, I found the living area furniture a little out dated and not very comfortable but I did spend a lot of time sitting outside as the weather was great and it was very peaceful and relaxing.

The furniture in the living are. Not real comfortable for someone how has back issues.
