I like the fact that it's very homey feeling very comfortable setting in the rooms the bed is exceptional I've never slept so well I normally wake up with aches and pains I slept like a baby and woke up refreshed

the only thing I was not happy with especially compared to a previous day at the same hotel the breakfast was between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. that was fine I went down at 7:30 and there was literally nothing but a couple of pieces of bread I had to ask if something was going to be put out, the lady seem least enthused, then she brought out literally raw bacon I grabbed a biscuit and a cup of orange juice and that was all that so the breakfast was very disappointing but everything else was perfect

There were so many things to love about this hotel. It was quiet and tucked away from the business of the city. The pool water was clean and inviting on the hot July days when we were there. The rooms were clean and the staff made sure our beds were and fessh towels daily. We literally had no issues at all.

Our only thing was the electrical outlets. Not all of them worked. But it was not anything that would have ruined the vacation. In fact the hotel was perfect in our eyes.

Staff was excellent, room very clean, quiet hotel to sleep at. This was during hurricane Milton so met a lot of people in lobby. A really fun stay during this time. Will definitely recommend it to others and already have.

There are no negative words towards this hotel. Even thought power went off, it was expected due to hurricane coming through. Had a great experience. The staff ( I think manager and assistant manager women were fantastic and worked hard during this stay.

The breakfast provided is just institutionalized food that's never very good so there's not much to say beyond that;; one of the employees working at this hotel I think his name was Ned who went above and beyond what anyone would have expected and I certainly appreciated it

Provide ice machines on each floor; provide daily housekeeping; I received $20 from the $50 damage deposit there was there were certainly no damage done to the room it was left in pristine conditions so I don't know why I was charged $30

The staff is super friendly and helpful and professional when dealing with customers.

There's a woman here with two small children who seriously don't know how to behave!! One actually ran behind the desk, opened a drawer, and took coins!! When his mother told him to give them back, he yelled "NO!!" and ran! And... The clothes dryer didn't work for our stay! We told the staff.

room was exceptionally clean. the bathroom was clean, the air was on, the towels were clean, a great smell when walking into the building. staff was very friendly.

the carpet in the room was not clean, you can smell it. they need to rip up the carpet and just add flooring. The pillows were flat and kept falling to the floor at the head of the bed, and the food would have been better to just offer, make your own waffles. Went down to breakfast at 7 am and the hot food of bacon and some kind of egg was finished. we only spent one night and it was okay.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good location for food sources

Breakfast was a little slim, waffles were still doughy in the middle. Would have like to see some pastry/muffins and fruit. Key cards had to be redone after 1 use, I was there 6 days. Rooms could use an upgrade, door handle on closet broken, just a little outdated.

The room lokkede like it could use a refresh. It was a little worn out. And then the room smelled like som kind of cheese. But other then that it was a very fine room. And it would be great if there was a more visible sign out front to the hotel.

The Kleenex was more like paper towels. Ugh! We missed free breakfast because we didn't know the time ( & forgot to ask) and it was only served from 7:00 - 9:00am.

Each of the staff members acknowledged me as we walked by each other during the course of the day. By the end of my stay, I felt like I had known them for years. I got to know Mary, the kitchen Manager, quite well as I ate breakfast there every morning. I thoroughly enjoyed having a free breakfast every morning. Each day the menu was different and the food was delicious. I’ve became such good friends with the staff at the front desk. We would laugh and have fun together, Overall, my stay at the hotel was excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
