Breakfast was good and they had it out longer on day before hurricane which was nice for all the people who were anticipating hurricane. Thank you for your help and hard work. Friendly man who cleans rooms also Thank you Father for keeping us through the hurricane. Room was quiet even though hurricane winds outside and we slept well Power stayed on thru storm.

Thankfully we Didn’t lose power thru the storm, just for a bout a minute or two, but the next morning the power was on and then shut off by Fpl to do Repair in another area. Staff kept saying the power would be back on in couple of hours and then said it would be on by 5. That was a lie We called Fpl and they had no idea when power would be back on. Power never came back on

gentleman at the service desk were excellent helped me so much even with my Uber app on my phone our room was spotless bathroom was shining it was so clean. swimming pool was beautiful hot tub was wonderful didn't even expect that outdoor barbecue area a fenced in playground for children and a dog park area. this was an exceptional hotel just exceptional I would tell anyone to stay there wonderful and the breakfast in the morning was outstanding very very pleased it exceeded our expectations The price was outstanding

I liked everything about the hotel and staff. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean including the floor. The ac worked great.. The bed was very comfortable with enough great pillows for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was good also, with mini waffles. The price was reasonable.

The only thing was the drive to St Augustine and to the beach. But I can live with that. We are planning on returning to this hotel on our next visit to St Augustine.

Everything was absolutely amazing and looked exactly like the photos. Rooms were so clean and comfortable. Staff was fantastic. It’s great for family’s. The pool and hot tub were very clean which is a huge plus for me ! The playground for the little kids was amazing. My kids had the best time. This hotel does an amazing job and there is 24 hour staff available for all of your needs. We will definitely be back.

There was nothing not to like.

Nice complete breakfast: eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal -- healthy. The lawn, sidewalks, planters with flowers -- very well cared for. Nice breakfast area, lots of tables, large screen TV. Staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. Desk with printer for guests. (I didn't need it this time, but nice to know it was there, if I did.)

I didn't see any hot water or Decaf coffee -- but maybe it was being refilled?

Nice motel that is clean and pet friendly. Loved that first pet is free and our room had wooden floors which I like. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but it looked very nice. We don’t have young children but they have a great shaded play ground area. Breakfast was basic but for the price it was adequate. I would stay here again if in the area.

Hard to find bc of construction and traffic noise is bothersome.

The receptionist was able to change our original booking of a two double bed room to a king room at no extra charge, and accommodated a request to be on the first floor poolside by the playground. The room was comfortable and clean, and nicely set up with the shower/tub/toilet area separate from vanity/sinks. The playground and pool were perfect for traveling with a child. Breakfast was very good with a variety of hot and cold options. The location near the interstate was perfect for heading to Port Canaveral after our stay.

The soft drink machine took money then was sold out of the products needed, with no way to return the money.

The motel was easy to find and room was clean. They were listed as pet friendly and they really were!! Even had a decent size dog park. When I walked my dog at about 11pm there was quite a bit of dog poop left by INCONSIDERATE guests. For our morning walk next morning looked like dog park had been raked and all the poop was gone. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Within waiting distance were plenty of fast food restaurants. Quite a few rooms were occupied with dogs and people. The price was good though Booking.com.

The property was clean but the trim around doors and windowsill needed to be painted as been cleaned so often that some paint is coming off.

Recently remodeled - very nice. Pool area had a large playground and nice hot tub. Very clean. Pleasant staff.

Since they recently remodeled, they really should have sprung for at least Queens beds. The full size ones were just too small for two people accustomed to a king size. Toilet didn't flush the first day, but after telling the front desk, it was fixed by the time we got back to our room. Rooms on the highway side would have been very loud. I'm glad we were in the back. Lots of utility trucks were parked in back. Also, no elevators. If you can't do stairs, tell them early on.

The breakfast was great. Waffles, eggs, sausage and everything else that you need for a great breakfast. They even had orange juice and milk. The room was very clean. The air conditioner worked great. The bed was the most comfortable that we have slept on at a hotel in a long time. They even had enough pillows and they were not like pancakes. We will most definitely return.

The location was not the best and there was roadwork where you turn into the street to the hotel.
