The room with the extra bed. Complimentary breakfast, the staff was friendly overall stay was amazing.

We liked that it was a central location and very clean, comfortable and nice rooms. The breakfast was good! The staff was nice and professional too! Overall it was such a great hotel, would consider staying here again!

I didn't like that I wasn't able to enjoy the pool since we only stayed one night. Also, I would have liked to have bacon for the breakfast, but it was still really good! Another thing was that the fire alarm went off at night, but it was a false alarm, due to another guest smoking in the room. Also, we were a large group of 6 in a room, and we didn't have enough shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and pillows. It would have been nice to have those things already in the room, since it was known beforehand that it was going to be a big family, but when we asked for the items, and the staff was very cordial and nice in getting them to us. So thank you very much for the hospitality!

Beds are too firm and a bit uncomfortable

Check in was fast and easy and employee, Megan, was very pleasant. Room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable without being too soft or too firm. Microwave and frig came in handy. Having the separate seating area and desk was convenient. Numerous USB ports for electronics. Plenty of hot water for shower, however pressure could have been stronger. Atmosphere was quiet. Lobby clean and inviting. Breakfast was very limited. Employee who manages it was sweet and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Did not like the fact you had to leave a key card in a security device at door to keep lights on. Also, we stayed on first floor and there was no ice machine. Had to go up a flight.

wonderful, all was very clean, very large room, very modern. the bed was a little high and a little bit to hard for me, but some people like it, this is just complaining on a high level. fast Wifi, big TV. pool was nice, enough sits and beds outside. very big king size bed. many lamps in the room. all what you need was there. I travelled a lot and this was the best hotel a stayed in the US. Even the parking place was very clean. All was a pleasure

no hot chocolate for breakfast and the old lady was not very friendly, she told me to bring my own chocolate with me :-(

Super clean, modern and in perfect conditions. Super quiet zone, but close to all the principal activities in the city.

Great location and away from the busy St. Augustine tourist area but within 5 to 8 minutes from all the areas of interest. Breakfast was included and the staff was very courteous, helpful and very friendly.

The door seal in our room was either missing or broken, letting the hallway light shine through.

The property was new and clean!

The sofa bed mattress was wrapped in plastic which is very uncomfortable to sleep in so we did not open the sofa bed, my son slept right on sofa.
