not that close to the old town historic area, they charge $50 plus tax for the 5 days for parking even though there was only about 10 cars at most and massive amounts of parking spaces, plus free street parking on San Marcos. they never mention parking fee when I checked in, the day prior to check out is when they charged my credit card, very deceiving. Female Manager refuse to give me any courtesy on the parking.

An excellent choice of accommodation in St Augustine if you have a car and can drive 5 minutes out of town. The hotel was quiet and safe, the room was impeccably clean it looked like it had never been used before. The beds were comfy and the bathroom had a full bath and nice towels. The staff were welcoming and very helpful and made you feel like the most important guests. There was an outdoor pool and a fitness room for those who had time and a bar with lounge. Coffee bar available all day as well as coffee maker in the room was a nice touch.

The breakfast selection was ample but all served in disposable containers which seems a huge waste when we should be acting more sustainably. I’m sure a dishwasher for cups and bowls would be a good investment.

We have been to St. Augustine many times. We have stayed at various motels and hotels; we booked this motel because we were traveling from a family Thanksgiving, returning home to Florida. The minute we entered the lobby, we could see that this was the perfect place for us. The lobby was clean and decorated for Christmas, there was a wonderful aroma in the air. The staff was very friendly. Our room was excelent, clean, and spacious. We loved the idea that our key card was needed to use the elevator. We will definitely return to this location on our next visit to St. Augustine. Happy Travelers, Lu and Bob

Each feature of the room was functioning properly. The layout of it well fitted to our needs; e.g. two desks. Breakfast was just OK, it can be improved. Special thanks to Dante, Simo, Hagos and Nadia at the front desk. With their keen and sincere interest in our needs and comfort, they made us feel special. Their genuine smiles comforted us. Helped us to navigate in the city with their highlighting on the map and with their recommendations (Dante). And Simo, he kindly spoke French allowing me to practice my French. Now we know where to book a room should we revisit the city in future and also to recommend it to our friends.

Breakfast can be better. E.g. roasted potatos may be added to the menu.

Located on the North side of St Augustine, found it to be convenient to go in different directions since it fronts on US 1, and is about a block from Rt 16 which heading west takes you to the large outlet mall and Interstate 95. Quite popular local coffee shop - Dos Coffee is right across the street and a chocolate bakery just a little farther.

While the breakfast selection was rather good, it didn't change in the 5-day stay. Fitness center is quite small with limited equipment: treadmill, bicycle and weight rack w/ bench. Coffee wasn't to our liking, but Dos Coffee has good coffee and a selection of baked goods and some other snacks.

The staff was awesome. So helpful and friendly. We love to talk and ask questions about the area. They were engaging and helpful . The breakfast was simple but area was super clean. Food always full and hot. Super Hot water.Super clean

The room we had at 430 in the morning would have something turn on and it would keep cycling in and off. Very loud. It may have been above us on the roof as we where on the 3rd floor(which) was the to. The only true complaint

The room with the extra bed. Complimentary breakfast, the staff was friendly overall stay was amazing.

It was a clean property and it was just a little out of the busy part of the town which I liked. It was quiet and the bed was pretty comfortable.

The shower door sounded like a squeal every time it opened or shut. The price when I arrived was NOT the same price i was quoted on booking. I ended up paying more than I expected for the room.

We liked that it was a central location and very clean, comfortable and nice rooms. The breakfast was good! The staff was nice and professional too! Overall it was such a great hotel, would consider staying here again!

I didn't like that I wasn't able to enjoy the pool since we only stayed one night. Also, I would have liked to have bacon for the breakfast, but it was still really good! Another thing was that the fire alarm went off at night, but it was a false alarm, due to another guest smoking in the room. Also, we were a large group of 6 in a room, and we didn't have enough shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and pillows. It would have been nice to have those things already in the room, since it was known beforehand that it was going to be a big family, but when we asked for the items, and the staff was very cordial and nice in getting them to us. So thank you very much for the hospitality!

This hotel is new, not sure how new but that's what we were told.We had a king and it was very comfortable, there was a loveseat and desk, small closet,coffee area, mini fridge, plenty of room. Lots of hot water. Need key fob for elevator. Location is on outer area away from attractions. Plenty of restaurants close by and gas stations. Winn Dixie grocery close too.

Fan in bathroom was not that good, water pressure not the best.You have to use your key fob for lights to stay on in room, not sure what that's about. Not walking distance to attractions but quick drive to them.
