The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. The room was really nice. The restaurant and having a bar there in the lobby and a gift stop with a Starbucks was perfect.. and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We were there for our daughters wedding at the Crystal ballroom so the location was conveniently perfect. And it was really nice and very helpful to be able to get our room early that morning before the wedding rather than after the wedding at 4:00. I would also like to thank the hotel staff for upgrading our daughter and her new husband to a beautiful suite with a beautiful view. We took some nice picks that evening from their balcony.

Our view. We didn't come for the view but had we.. we would have asked for another room. It was horrible. We are usually picky about our balcony view because we like to sit out there at night and have a drink and in the morning have our coffee but because.it overlooked the lower roof that was so noisy there was no way we could possibly sit out there or even open the curtains lol. Fortunately we were able to enjoy a drink at the bar and coffee with our breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby we don't usually complain but for the cost to stay there and it being such a beautiful place I expected a better and quieter view. Outside of that. Everything was wonderful and would definitely stay there again

We did not have the breakfast but we did experience the BEST customer service ever at a chain hotel. There was a mix up in our reservation between booking.com and the hotel so we had to get that sorted out and in the end, we got a lovely little suite with a fabulous view and plenty of in-room coffee (top-notch quality) and water. The porter, John, was so helpful and he really went above and beyond with several trips re: our luggage plus tips and advice on things to do in the area. The concierge, Aly, was also extremely helpful in that regard and she helped us plan our itinerary for the next day and found us a wonderful little restaurant for dinner. She spent 20 minutes going over our maps with us and marking the places we should see.

The pull-out sofabed could have used a better mattress topper

Everything from start to finish was wonderful. The girl who checked us in got us in early which was amazing! The facility not only was kept clean but most rooms had a balcony to sit on and we got a nice view of one of the courses on the property. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay. It’s also I believe less than a mile to Buc-ee’s!

I can’t say one negative thing

Chef and full staff were accomodating. We used the vouchers that were included in our reservation. The food was very good with a good selection to choose from.

.y only concern was that I could not eat as much as I would have loved. Everything was great.

understaffed. kinda cold ; especially in dining area.; terrible parking deal..had to pay extra but no parking space reserved for guests and no evforcement of parking stickesrs.a and my god why why so close to world golf course and no help at all in getting a tee time....staff didn't even give correct phone number.; no discounts either.

Getting run down a bit

Location and relaxed feeling at the resort. Kind and caring staff. Facility was great . Check in and out went very smoothly.

Bed could have been firmer and more supportive. Bath towels should have been softer. Water could have been hotter.

Staff very attentive and property was beautiful. The hotel was close to highway, restaurants and attractions.

Hot water was not working in the evening and morning, but was quickly restored after contacting front desk. The $12.50 per day self parking fee.

It's a beautiful hotel, we had double beds, they were not comfortable at all. We did not do anything but sleep and park at the hotel. I know your paying for location and the hotel lobby is beautiful. The room was clean and well decorated. I felt safe parking in the parking lot.

The price, the beds. Like I said, your paying for the location. The double beds were uncomfortable and I couldn't get a good night sleep.

They liked the food, massage and service.

I booked a getaway for my son and daughter-in-law. According to info sent from you, my credit card would be charged when they checked in. He had to use his credit card when checking out. So much for a gift getaway.
