The front desk staff was always warm and helpful. The Bar staff was very helpful and gave lots of great local dining recommendations. Almost everyone we came in contact with who worked at the hotel was very gracious.

A few people in the housekeeping staff were not helpful at all. I left a $7 tip one day and the cleaning staff did a great room with our room and left a nice note. A few days later I left a $20 tip because I wanted the floors cleaned and the sheets changed (we were there for 11 days) in addition to normal cleaning. When we came back to the room none of the requests had been done and the room wasn't that clean at all but they sure did snatch up that $20! When we asked for our room to be cleaned on a different day with the housekeeping manger on our our floor, she promised ours was next. When we came back to the room at the end of our day 6 hours later we were very disappointed to find out that nothing had been done.

Great location, very clean, spacious rooms, great views since the hotel is surrounded by water, the rooms have terraces, staff are friendly and accommodating, the ample parking is very accessible and easy to navigate, upon arrival I was asked if I needed anything for my stay such as toothbrush etc, I very much appreciated their attentive welcoming manor! Plus there are stores and restaurants all in walking distance! This is a high quality hotel I look forward to my next visit and stay

Everything about this property was wonderful! The pool and views are breathtaking. Everything was super accommodating! Well worth your money!

The only thing I would give a heads up to is that the age to stay is 21 not 18. When looking at the comments through Booking.com the hotel said the minimum age was 18 but when I checked in I was told I had to be 21. Very thankful they accommodated to the miscommunication though!

Hotel staff was excellent.

Anyone can access the guest room floors from the elevator in the parking garage. Room key needed after 11pm. Room key access should be 24hrs. Breakfast was pretty expensive. Pillows way too soft.

The Room was excellent. We had a King Room on the top floor overlooking the intercostal. It was beautiful. We were there for 4th July fireworks and the place was perfect. We stayed two days and took advantage of the pool. The DJ was there both days and ROCKED it!! Loved the entertainment. We will definitely be back!

The only thing lacking this trip was the service around the pool. There should have been a waitress or satellite bar. instead we had to go inside (upstairs) to get drinks. The limited menu was expected but it was VERY limited! This is just a suggestion. Overall our stay was fantastic !

I love the location it was out of the way yet in the middle of everything

The mattresses were horrible woke up every morning with my back aching so did my son couldn’t wait to get back to my own purple mattress at home other than that I love the facilities the staff everything just those darn mattresses were horrible and the pillows, worst pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel It’s really too bad I don’t think we can have her stay there again because of the pillows in the mattresses they were that bad but if they were replaced with halfway decent pillows and mattresses I’d be there every year probably twice a year at my vacations

Usually, hotel room has minimum number of electrical outlets. This hotel had more than enough for our needs. That we liked a lot. The staff upgraded our room to a balcony one. We had a nice view of the waterfront, which was very beautiful.

There was nothing we can think of. Everything was good.

a bit miffed that the Bar closed early at 10pm. Residents should have longer access in my opinion.

Fantastic location with a beautiful view from the wrap around balcony. Large comfortable rooms Lovely warm pool with great water views from the seating area.

Very little choice from the evening food menu. However plenty of places to eat nearby.

Location, view, front desk staff superb!

The bed was uncomfortable, floor needed sweeping and room needed dusting. Furniture was old & chipped. Didn’t feel like it was Courtyard Marriot standard.
