Loved it was close to the beach. Loved how big the condo was. I would have gone to balcony for the 4th. The fireworks were amazing. The hot tub and pool were so nice. Loved that we could charcoal grill by the pool.

The TV needs to be updated to add streaming choices and a different network. It was slow. We wanted to watch a movie from Netflix or other streaming and there was no option. Parking situation needs to be fixed. We need alternatives where guests can park. The road beside the pool. Wish it wasn't so loud but still nice place.

The only thing I disliked was having to go to a separate location to check in after 5pm and that the rooms could use some paint, the trim and some other areas could use some touch up. The resort is in a great location. Everything is within walking distance. Beach is just across the street. Beautiful view from room. Also kudos to Kaitlyn the receptionist. She was amazing. She acknowledged us right away, greeted us with a warm smile and very courteous. That to me is very important. There were some other receptionist that were not so welcoming. They wouldn't even acknowledge anyone. It seemed to bother them if you asked any questions.

Although resort is in a great location. Only down side if you're sitting out in balcony, it tends to get a little noisy during the day & evening hours due to it being on a main street. Once inside you don't here all the noise. Also the resort is under new management. Some things need to be updated. Rooms need to be decluttered from too much furniture pieces.

All in all, the condo is very nice. It's in a good location and just a quick walk to the beach. The pool was warm and never crowded with people.

I was very disappointed with how we entered the condo. We got there early and was told it wasn't ready yet, so we went to pick up a few things from the grocery store. When we got back, we were told that the maid told front desk receptionist that our condo was ready. We walked in and the bed had not been changed or made. There were dirty towels on the bathroom floor. There was garbage in the waste baskets throughout the condo. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. Because the maid left early, the desk receptionist had to come take care of the condo for us. Kaitlyn went above and beyond to help make sure we had everything we needed. The floors were in need of a good cleaning and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Some updates to the condo that we had would be helpful.

The rooms were large - nice views of the ocean. Free parking full kitchen two bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony.

No trash barrels in rooms except the primary bathroom. Very loud traffic all hours. One of the toilets was dirty. Staff is there 8-5 then you need to call down the road for late check in or with any issues. The security was weak- anyone could get in the lobby - which was unattended —and go up the elevator. The elevator got stuck twice but we were able to get out and use the stairs. The units are individually owned condos - maintained by a maintenance company which services other area hotels.

Walking distance to the beach, resturants and shopping! Pool and hot tub were clean and private. Our 2 bdrm unit was large and had everything we needed for our stay and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Every staff member we met was wonderful to us!! Loved our stay here!

The only reason I gave this property a 9 was the furniture was a little run down and needed to be cleaned, however I would stay here again!

Location was terrific. Room was spacious and clean. Reception staff friendly.

Unfortunately reception staff unable to transfer phone calls to our room. (Training was probably the issue). Staff seemed to be going between several locations and were only on site 9-5. Deficiencies in the unit - no knife larger than a steak knife or a paring knife. Staff unable to replace a plug for the kitchen sink. Plugs in bathroom sink did not work either. No mixing bowl or any kind of pan for in the oven.

The beds were comfy. Location was great. And we loved that they didn't enforce the pool times. My 71 year old, mother in law, loved that she could take a dip in the pool in the evening before bed, without all the kids around.

The unit is in desperate need of repairs and up dates. And the trip hazard at the patio door entries were some thing that got us nearly every time. The lighting in the rooms were poor and hangers in the closet would be helpful

The condo had 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, so my kids had their own facilities. The front desk lady was kind and super helpful, Kaitlyn was her name. Having a kitchen and a washer and dryer was wonderful. The Crystal also had pool floaties for everyone to use. The hotel was only a quick walk to the beach. We will be back 😍

Would have liked a 12:00 check out, but I understood why. Need more than 4 forks and spoons.

Clean, comfortable condo with lots of room for activities! perfect location in the heart of treasure island. Beach is right across the street and shops/restaurants all around and only 2 min drive to John’s Pass. The balcony is large and inviting with the most astonishing views… we loved it so much for my daughter’s 20th bday, we came back in June 2022 for my other daughter’s 21st bday! Stayed in another unit and the results were the same! The best vacations I’ve ever taken! Thank you! Resort staff is not located at facilities after a certain time but we did not need them other than to check in.
