The location is great, directly across the street from the municipal beach and snack bar. We had a "Gulf View" room with a balcony that had a decent view of the beach. The rates are very reasonable in relation to other hotels/motels in the area. The room had plenty of storage space between dresser, wardrobe, closet and kitchen cabinets. The pillows were nice and fluffy. The beach, several restaurants and shopping are just a short walk away.

It's across the street, not directly on the beach. Our room was directly above the outdoor bar, where the music was very loud, even with the patio door closed. The beds were more firm that we like.

lots of renovations to rooms-our room was freshly painted,new floring but same fixtures and bath but they were more than fine.lots of work still going on but a very nice stay.Housekeeping was very good.

pool water is pretty warm and the roof top bar is nice but the music is extremely loud but nothing said would keep us from staying here again.great location. And of course,the parking fee(formaly the "resort"fee) are not necessary.

There was NO free breakfast as advertised when booking. Apparently new owners have taken over and cancelled the free breakfast.

New owners have added a $15 dollar a day parking charge which was not on our original booking. But because I booked before new owners took over, I didn’t have to pay it.

The beds were very comfortable Rooms were clean Breakfast was included, which is nice Our room was on the bottom floor facing the marina, which is excellent when traveling with dogs. Doggie bags and trashcans are along the gate when walking your furry friend. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Beach access across the street Everything is within walking distance of the hotel. We enjoyed Britt's Pizza and Sunshine Tacos the most, but there's more that we haven't explored during our stay. Rooftop bar with daily Happy Hour specials I think we have found our vacation spot - we will be back in October.

Nothing.... We really enjoyed our stay

The hotel front staff was so very nice. They made us feel so welcome. They took the time to write notes because myself and my friends are Deaf..The front staff made us feel welcomed. This one housekeeper..mopped and dry the floor as the hotel patrons go back and forth from the pool. They work very hard..tbis establishment is so clean!!

My trip wasn't long enough. I will go back and stay for a few more days.

The hotel was clean . Housekeeping was excellent. Day shift employees were great! Just cross the street and you’re at the beach . Our balcony was close to the Marina which still made our view great.

Night shift employees had no idea what was going on there acted as if they knew nothing about the property

We liked where our room was located at end of block and just down from pool. Easy access to car park without having to go all way to front entrance. Plenty of supplies. Breakfast adequate but shortage of bacon! Would have preferred real cutlery and chinaware and glassware but realise COVID May have been reason for paper and plasticware. Lovely bar on upper deck and friendly servers. Housekeeping good and available when wanted. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

The staff made the stay wonderful. Sandy greeted us at check in and was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Do not remember the other staff names but all were so nice.

Musty damp smell in the hallways. Carpet is very worn in hallways, but the rooms were cleaner smelling.. The balcony in our room needed pressure washing because the water from the AC had caused algae and black slimy stuff on the concrete. There were half-smoked cigarettes left on the balcony as well.

location was amazing. staff was friendly. loved the hotel bar, the pool, and the hot tub.

it was a great value for the price but could use a little updating. the room door got stuck a few times. elevator needed a little repair (old). the power went out in our last night with no back up generator.

I've stayed here before and I love the location. No frills but the staff is wonderful. The hotel was VERY busy and it seemed like they had trouble keeping up with the number of guests but they did a great job.

The room was very humid; a little dense in the air and everything was sticky. I do know it is hard to regulate, though. Also, next time I won't stay so close to the stairs as in the morning the door SLAMS and SLAMS and SLAMS. But not your fault.
