Great location with a relaxed atmosphere. The person who checked us in did a great job of assisting, was very personable and went the extra mile to help us.

Music over the speakers was on too long, would have preferred a more limited time. Also, went to buy a shirt/tank at the front desk that was tagged on the shelf as $16.00. However, when I tried to purchase it, was told it was double the price. I asked the person at the desk if he would honor the posted price, and he would not. (I was very disappointed since it was posted. And when i checked back later, the sticker was still there.) Lastly, while both on the beach and on site several drones appeared, Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Very uncomfortable about this.

The amount of activities available on this property is great. We took advantage of the pool services, tiki bar, fire pit, lounge areas, restaurant, and beautiful beach access. The staff was extremely accommodating and always made you feel like a priority. The property is kept up beautifully, the outdoor lighting sets up such a peaceful atmosphere at night, and the live music on the weekend was great to sit at the bar and listen to. This is my second stay at PCI and I would definitely book here again.

Our room could have used some TLC. We stayed in the king suite poolside cabana (awesome location). Despite the great location of our room to everything we loved, the room had some quirks. The light switch didn’t work, so you had to turn all the lamps on by hand. The towel rack in the bathroom had been ripped from the drywall. It looked like it was coming out of the wall, and when we put a wet towel on it the entire thing fell out and left a hole in the dry wall. Also, they don’t service your room daily unless you text them to ask for something, which I thought was really odd. We ended up going our whole 4 day stay without trash being taken out or sheets changed.

The beach is gorgeous, location convenient to food/shopping, staff was always friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy. Coffee in the lobby a nice perk in the morning. Frig in room very helpful. Property is spacious and the pool was perfect. I was very happy with my stay here.

Travelers should be aware that the hotel has a very popular beach bar on site that could be great or not depending on your preferences. It was very loud on a weekend in late Feb, quieter during the week. The hotel sells parking to the public for access to the bar and the beach, making it more crowded with the bar crowd on the weekend with people not staying at the hotel. It is located on a busy road, but a look a map tells you that.

Great location and the beach front is great. throughout the day they have music playing but as a good level so you can relax. There's a good vibe at the hotel and they provide sun-beds and towels which is great.

Our room was great inside, however we were opposite the waste disposal area so it did smell quite bad and was easily in view, they could perhaps add additional screening to help block and view of the skip and the smell, or add some additional plants close to the rooms so mask the smell.

Clean , pretty garden area at night. Trees lit up with nice Adirondack chairs to sit under the tresss. Booked a double queen poside room.The room was clean, spacious and the front sitting area had Privacy hedges. The room was close to the gate to get into pool area and the beach bar I eould stay here again

PostCard has perfectly Mixed Customer base! Lots of Family with kids and a Good Sprinkle of Older couples and Young Singles, to make it Not Overly Set up for Just one Type! The Staff are Laid-back until Duty Calls and they Take Care of the Problem!

I would probably make Every Room completely different decorated, but keep same Oldschool theme going! Nice high quality finishes each just slightly different.

Didn't really care for the fact that I spent $1,800 for my stay but yet people could come in and have a day pass and take up all the umbrellas and the chairs.. didn't mind maybe hotel guests to have their own guests pay a day pass but to have it open to the whole public was too much! The first 3 Days of our vacation we spent eating and hanging out at the hotel next door. Like I said maybe having guest visit guest is one thing but they just have people buying day passes and coming up from the beach and using the pool and facilities which limited paid hotel guests staying for days...

Location was great, pool view, both bars and dj music were great. Bar food and lobby breakfast were good. Nice big pool, with plenty of chairs. Lots of garden views to hang out. Free ice bags for coolers, room. Lots of security and employees to help especially during very busy weekend. Bar service was awesome considering how extremely busy they were with crowd.

Stayed an extra night for a total of 3, and requested some maid service to sweep since we brought some sand inside and toilet paper, but never came. Had to grab tp from a cart. A rowdy group of ladies ruined pool Saturday night by throwing up in pool twice, but Security kicked them out and everyone had to leave. Not hotel's fault.

Laid back vibe. Right on the beach. Patio rooms are very nice. You can relax in your private Adirondack chairs and listen to the music from the tiki bar...but not too loud. Staff was very friendly and professional. Loved the water and ice by the pool and the live music every night was great. Pool is a very good size and clean.

Saturdays and Saturday nights are a different vibe. The tiki bar is a popular spot and large groups of people who are not staying at the hotel take over the tiki and the beach. Pool is still for guests only and ok but the tiki and beach are a bit crazy and loud. Fun...but just different than the rest of the days we stayed (Thurs & Fri).

Location

This is definitely for the younger kids/adults a lot of partying loud music until about 8 pm every evening. A lot of alcohol. It has a day club so partying all day. If you want peace and quiet this is not the place to come. If you want naked young adults intoxicated- fighting over each other getting high then this is your go to place.
