Bugs in the room. The bed appeared old and mattresses were uncomfortable. The bedding had some stains and tears.

Tended to eat breakfast in my room as excellent facilities there

Disabled parking was limited and spread out with no real designated area and could end up long way from lobby. Aware you are post hurricane but maps led one to believe there were a number of dining facility which were not available. Aware that we are becoming a cashless society but the added expense of exchange rate on low cost items eg cup of coffee were quite high.

The Beach was stunning, and we had cabanas and clean beach towels available to us every day. We had three pools to choose from and they were heated which was great for a December trip.

Our room (2 bed apartment) is in need of some updates. There were a few maintenance issues when we arrived (broken mirror, broken hob, tv's would not connect). However, the maintenance team were great and fixed these things pretty quickly for us.

Although we had issues, staff and management were very professional. I paid for an upgrade room, however; I do wish I would have been compensated for one night. Hopefully, you can send a comp for 1 night in an email, as a redo would be nice.

Bathrooms not attended or refresh. Staff was not checking for wristbands, as a group of 10 came onto property. Management did comp a dinner for us. Housekeeping did not refill body wash… I do not know the last time, as was totally empty.

Great location and resort. Beach cabanas arebawes9e, they do get taken up quick so reserve early. Tradewinds is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Loved our time there. There are a decent amount of children at this resort, so keep that in mind depending on what your looking form Main bar by the poll was quick and had delicious food, and the frozen drinks were fantastic.

They were working on the elevators so one was down all weekend whochbwlcaused quite a jam trying to get up to 5th floor. We just avoided the elevator and used the stairs. Not a big deal, I'm sure it's much better when both a re elrunning

The staff made everything easy and fun. Very good food in all the restaurants. The pools were nice, and we could always find a place to sunbathe.

The check in process. Two of us booked the property, but they only had my name listed. A credit card is used "for incidentals" but was charged $1906.00. upon check in. That hold caused my cc company to decline my check out payment. Incidentals are not 1900! And if they had told us that much would be put on the card, we would have provided two cards. Such a bummer after having a great vacation to go through this at check out.

We liked everything about our stay. The beachfront all the pools and other things to do. It was a great experience and we loved the Sunday night volleyball game in the dark.

When we were leaving there was a rude front desk person that we were trying to request a cart to bring our belongings down and she was less understanding than the rest of the staff but other than that everything was 10/10.

I just absolutely love this resort. It's my second time staying, and I'm never disappointed. There are plenty of amenities and lots to do for all ages.

Prices are a little higher, kind of wish they would offer an all-inclusive package if parties are interested in an additional cost. There was also only one elevator, which had long wait times and lines. I didn't see any pots and pans for cooking, even though we had a full kitchen.

We have stayed here multiple times and it has always been amazing! Love love the location and the beach.

I didn't know about the construction and it was loud near our room. Wish I had known or at least been given a heads up. Adult pool is closed because of construction and I was looking forward to that pool this time around since my kids are grown now. The saving of pool chairs early in the morning didn't leave any chairs all day long :(

This is my 6-7th time at Tradewinds. I came the first time when I toured it to hold my Management Conference there for 175 people and it was wonderful!!! I love the family atmosphere so I brought my son a few years back and he loves it! The pool activities and music were great for both kids and adults!! Your activity director is awesome and keeps both the kids and adults entertained. I was disappointed that due to weather that this is the 3rd year in a row we missed the Dive in Movie... Wish you would re-schedule it the next day for rain so guests who were counting on it during their stay do not miss out as I know it's offered only Thursday and Saturday nights.

The facilities are constantly being cleaned and I know how hard it is with the volume of people during the summer months. I always enjoy coming. I am excited to see the upgrades to the area where the restaurants were as we missed some of them while we were here this week! My only comment and I know it's hard to do is to upgrade the pools. They are getting outdated and broken tiles ... but other than that... it is a great place to go!
