The room was very clean and the bed was great. The service at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly. Will definitely visit again.

No music at latitudes tiki bar by the pool. Long wait for service because the employees at the bar are busy having conversations amongst themselves. Went to latitudes 3 times during my stay and had 1 drink because they never noticed I needed another so I went somewhere else for drinks.

The Sandpiper building has very easy access to the beach. We really liked the breakfast - just wish there was a breakfast option at the actual building instead of having to wait for a shuttle to go to the "main building" - though the shuttle was fast.

The main problem was our shower in our room took 8 full minutes to get hot water. Also - the tiles in the outside areas seemed to get very slick in humidity / rain - not sure you can do much about that.

The stuff was very friendly, both pools have hot tabs along both pools. At the last day our flight was late at evening so we checked out and received from the hotel special key to be able reach the beach and hotel facilities.

the bar was expensive, the price for 2 chairs at the beach but should be free for hotels guests as its resort with resort fee.

It was a $300+ stay and would have been nice if it included complimentary breakfast. Was told it was $23+ to have breakfast. It rained the whole time, I had a flat tire just before arriving so arrived late. I discussed with staff about the flat and the weather. Since I am a Concierge myself, I would have at least offer a free breakfast pass or another amenity to change or pacify the mood.

We ate dinner at Lattitudes. Great cheeseburger and fabulous home-made potato chips. Staff was very accommodating with our requests. Pool is beautiful and relaxing. Did not use the fitness center, but it looks like it has everything that the average fit person would need while vacationing.

I loved the island. It is peaceful and everyone was so nice. Incredible buffet breakfast and lovely sunset in the marina.

Pool is a bit small and one of the 2 tv at my room did not work well

we had penthouse suite oceanfront. fridge did not work but was swapped out for new. cookware was old and unusable. not what I would expect considering how much unit was .

The staff was excellent, polite and very helpful. The room was beautiful and clean.

The food and drinks were awful. Bartender had a horrible attitude. The bartender should NOT be a bartender!! Something as simple as a vodka red bull shouldn't be served without red bull but came with a splash of sprite?? The Tiki Bar and Grille is pool side. You can't relax or eat without either adults that are completely soaked from the pool or hot tub dripping on you while they try to order from the tiny bar area or screaming kids running around. No one is in the pool area to supervise all the unacceptable behaviors.

can’t swim or sit in hot tub after 10 for a hotel suite $300 for one night, you would think you’d be able to swim or sit in the hot tub whenever you wanted. As long as you’re not loud.

Comfy beds, lovely pool and nice friendly staff. We saw sea turtle hatchlings on their first journey to the sea!

The couple in the room next to us had xxx all night for 2 nights then argued for the rest of our stay. They were so loud it was horrible to keep on hearing.
