Very clean building and room is outstanding clean! Breakfast was great and helped my family fuel up for the day. Staff is very friendly. We didn't mind getting supplies from the front desk, like toilet paper and tissues. This company let's their staff have a holiday with their family. We stayed over Thanksgiving. Very nice staff that was there, and very safe, epic on the cleaning. Plus, our service animal was welcomed.

BATH tub in Handicap room? My father is a disabled veteran. He can not step over the bath tub due to disability and balance issues. A Roll in shower would have allowed him access to getting cleaned up. This hotel does have walk in showerso on property, but it's a suite with a king-size bed and a pull out couch. Our family needed 2 queens beds.

We had to extend our stay in the hotel due to winter storm. Cleaning staff and the security guy were wonderful.

The hotel doesn’t respond to any questions earlier when we wanted to shorten our stay. Even refused the changes that Booking.com confirmed. The old lady tsking care of the breakfast room is the rudest person that I have ever seen in a hotel. She was ordering people to make their tables and chairs tidy , put the things here there. She was never smiling and responded when we said good morning.

The layout of the room was great. Great space. Air-conditioner worked good. A couple of the finishes needs repair. A small corner tile was broke or missing. The plastic cover underneath the air conditioner was broke in two and needs replaced. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows a little lumpy. The room was quiet and that was a big plus.

The carpets are really dirty where you go in and out of the elevators. The carpets in the hallways had wrinkles in them. Some finishings in the room needs to be fixed- tile piece in bathroom, bottom plastic cover for air conditioner, wall covers/paper in bathroom seams are not tight or is loosening.

The bed slept great! Breakfast was good. There was a fridge and microwave. Bathroom was updated and clean. It was a quiet, safe location. It had a very nice and clean smell. Affordable.

The only staff member I interacted with at check-in and throughout my trip, was helpful, but not friendly. When I got off the elevator on my floor, the carpet had been severely discolored and was unsightly. It looked like they had tried to dye the carpet back, which made it look worse.

After a long week of disappointing hotel stays, this one exceeded my expectations to the point that I was actually sorry to be there for only one night. The room was spacious and quiet, had everything I needed, staff were friendly and kind (and accommodated my request for room location). Bed was comfortable, they had free (and good) coffee available in the lobby 24/7, and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast options I've seen in a long time. Would happily stay here again.

Nothing - loved this hotel!

We loved the breakfast and the cleanliness of the room. Staff was very helpful and friendly and our first interaction was with Erik. He did a great job.

The room was very dark and needed some more light. Also there is a bit of a musty smell when you first enter the room. The room was also on the smaller side and the pool was out of order.

I liked the size and amenities in the room. The room and bathroom were comfortable and spacious. I also liked the breakfast options, the friendliness of the staff, and how much the staff worked to resolve a booking issue I had with my room.

Due to booking my room through booking.com rather than Hampton directly, there was an issue getting the room I paid for. I was in Hampton's system, but the room was unavailable or perhaps the hotel was overbooked since many people, myself included, were traveling to that area for a concert. Getting that issue resolved was stressful, but thankfully the manager was able to eventually get me a room at that location instead of transferring me to a different Hampton location about 15-20 minutes away. The room I ended up staying in wasn't the same setup as the one I booked (I booked a room with two beds and the one I stayed in only had one) but that worked out fine and I didn't have to pay anything extra.

It's been over a decade since I last experienced such a satisfying stay with a hotel. On top of the extraordinary cleanness and refreshing odors everywhere I walked, the personnel was amazing! From the reception agents to the cooks to the room service staff! I appreciated every interaction with each one of them. Their sincere smiles and attention! Thank you for an amazing experience and I'm definitely coming back to your hotel. I'm done with searching and checking reviews!

Two issues with the equipment only: the magnetic card to the room's door is so hard to scan. It would take me 5-7 times to finally get to open the door. Secondly, the shower head was too high for me, I'm not a tall person and couldn't reach it to adjust the water flow. And , the shower towls where too thin and à bit worn out.

The staff is accommodation,professional and respond with a smile always I can tell why also because their GM is a shinning example of excellent customer service. Breakfast is clean and normally well stacked and I love that u can see things being done to keep guest happy.

Do some minor repairs to carpet for example,painting and touch up. All in all it was perfect for the time I needed it.

From the warm greeting until checkout everything was great! The customer service was awesome, the room was clean and bed was comfortable, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and check out was a breeze! I would definitely stay here again.

They were in the middle of renovations so what i didnt like was minimal and not worth mentioning.
