Extremely comfy bed. Very quiet and very cozy really nice want to come again

Minus the fact the bathroom is tiny and difficult to enter and leave the shower and the fact the a/c was leaking making my clothes wet. I enjoyed myself really was just what I needed

The room was clean. I wouldn’t really call anything much of a breakfast. There was a few Nutri-Grain bars and some juice and coffee available.

The room was clean and comfortable.

There was a man and his wife who were also guests who made a huge fuss the morning we checked out. He was walking up and down the hall smoking and swearing. He demanded his money for because he said there was a cockroaches in his room. He acted as if he was high or a junky. I believe they planned the whole lie the night before so they could stay free. Have to be aware of those scammers out there.

The size of the room was amazing, being able to walk out the sliding glass door to the pool was great as well. We would definitely stay at this location again.

The water pressure in the shower is the only complaint I have. I wish there would have been better water pressure. Water barely.came out of the shower head.

THE rooms exceeded my expectations the staff was nice, that they are currently updating

the pool was closed and they never put out breakfast, no juice, no breakfast bars, ect.

The location was great and the gentleman at the front desk was a pleasure and was very helpful to our needs. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Housekeepers were friendly.

Some of the rooms had toilets that would only flush once.

location was awesome close to so many things including the interstate and the massage chairs were dope as heck too!!

I had an emergency (life threatening) and I missed a payment after making sure that I gave them their payments,I would NEVER miss one but an unforseen situation occurred and after that I felt pressured don't get me wrong they're wonderful people but I hate being rushed and my circumstances were beyond my control!! I never went to them and complained about the numerous roaches that I saw i just killed them...I brought my own cleaning supplies and maintained my own room. I even made sure that I moped the floors and swept them,I wiped down EVERYTHING with bleach before I walked out of the door! THE WIFI SUCKS!!!

I liked everything to be honest I had no issues the man at check out was nice the room was nice and clean everything worked, the tv, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, hot water in shower, love that is carpeted, no smells, stayed with my wife and kids and we all felt safe and comfortable, no bugs or roaches, love the glass doors easy access to your car. Didn’t get a chance to see the pool but so far we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Just the air conditioner needs cooling other than that, we had a pleasant time.

I loved the cleanness of the room and the hotel overall.

The toilet in our room was slow in flushing but that was it.

Staff was nice. Room was decent.

Roaches all over the place. No continental breakfast as advertised..
