clean & comfy! the area is very walkable close to a large park and the center of ybor! the side area next to the hotel has a beautiful space surrounded by palm trees with benches to sit out and relax. the room was spacious with a super comfortable bed and large working desk space!

the area on one side of the hotel felt slightly unsafe, but the rest was great! (ok if you are in a couple or group, but maybe not by yourself) the front door of the hotel locks at 2am and there is a security guard present so that is helpful! hotel is safe! You have to pay $10 for breakfast, which was a little annoying …. at $250+ a night it’s a little pricey of a hotel to not include breakfast.

Great value for the location right in Ybor City, always an interesting place to stay. Very friendly and welcoming staff, very good breakfast, room cleanliness and housekeeping were outstanding. A wireless phone charger was a nice touch. Good size room and refrigerator made the stay more comfortable.

It was a little awkward to walk out of the grounds to the main drag (7th St.) because the convenient gate was always locked.

Right in the heart of downtown Ybor, so everything was within walking distance. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful with suggestions in what to do around the area.

Walls were thin, so you could hear everyone in the hallway and our next door neighbors. The AC unit was a bit questionable. It was really hot in our room so we turned down the temperature. The AC was noisy and struggled to kick on. It stayed on for like 2 minutes, turn off, then kick back on within like 10 minutes. This happened all night, so we would wake up every time it turned on. Room-keeping also somehow managed to leave 3 conditioners and no shampoo in the bathroom when staging for our stay.

The Hotel is really nice and comfortable. Love the Roosters too. Lol

Parking isn't free. You pay to park at your own hotel. Kinda crazy because you have already paid for your room and you get penalized for having your car parked there. The cook is amazingly slow. We sat and waited for our breakfast for about 30- 45 minutes. People had eaten and left by the time we got ours. And for something as simple as French toast and bacon???

My husband and I stayed for just one night so we didn't get to fully expereince the hotel. It was also chilly out, so no pool, however, we did sit outside for a little bit and the atmosphere was tranquil (it was after 11p) and relaxing. I woke up early to use the Fitness Facility, and loved it. Good equipment and clean. Staff was friendly and always smiling. Also, perfect walking distance to the main strip for the restaurants and bars.

Just 2 small things. 1. Bar closed before 11p. Was expecting to have a drink before going upstairs. 2. Breakfast wasn't free (only $10), but we decided if we're going to pay, we'd prefer to explore something different, which we did at Heights Public Market.

The hotel is located very close to cabel cars, which gives a really good connection to City Centre. In the lobby there is always access to hot drinks, like coffee and tea and the staff is very friendly and gives good tips about what to see in the city. Thl e room was very spacious.

There was a small choice during breakfast, I would appreciate a little bit more of fresh fruits and veggies

breakfast was poor. Bread and rolls no fresh. Heated items not warm. Basically inedible. Would never recommend the rate with Breakfast. Would never pay $20 for this breakfast. Parking was very expensive.

Downtown Ybor is within 15 minute walk. Some of the best food I have had. The free Teco trolley is the next street down and runs to Tampa city, cruise port and is a great way to get around the area

Breakfast was not included in price. I had some noisy neighbors with kids up at 3am. This really is not the fault of hotel thou

Close to Ybor city and therefore everything in walking distance. The bed was very comfy.

Parking costs around 30 bugs for 24 hours. Noisy (you can here the neighbors and also the party district). Choose the other site if possible.

The location can’t be beat if you are looking to explore Ybor City. Friendly check in, beautiful lobby.

You have to walk through the lobby in your swim suit to access the pool. the room was clean, but missing the details. a trash can was missing next to the small kitchenette. the rub was scuffed and due for a refinish. I could not get the black out shades to close, luckily we needed to be out early. Overall, I’d, begrudgingly, stay here again.
