The staff was very friendly and helpful. Took the shuttle back and forth to the parks and the drivers were easy to get a hold of and very friendly. The omelet bar in the morning Elba was great but there was another lady the day before work was a mover and shacker. Great breakfast inn the morning!!!

The bathroom needed some repairs, facet in tub leaked and the tub needed to be repainted, and the linings could use updating, but the room was clean and bed was comfortable

Great location with proximity to USF. Breakfast was good. Happy hour was a nice way to connect with others in town for USF events. staff was very helpful. Water pressure in the shower is crazy good.

Beds are not comfortable (pillows are good though). Room smelled musty, like old wet carpet. HVAC system is very loud and does not keep temperature consistent. We were always hot or cold.

Was able to check in early, staff was very accommodating wherever possible, room was clean, breakfast was a definite plus.

Open space design of hotel meant a lot of outside noise coming in from the main hall. Bed was a little too firm but not too bad, needed my own transportation more than I would have liked, would have been nice to have more meal options closer

The location was a winner, under five minutes to get to Busch Garden and Adventure Landing. The hotel staff was nice and willing to assist. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was just ok I've had better at other embassy

I didn't like how the pool had mold and I seen multiple rodents downstairs in the lobby/kitchen area

In the heart of USF, so close to many things. The beds were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Great amenities. The building is a little old but still clean.

The pool and pool area were full of bugs, so my friends couldn't swim or really hang by the pool long. It's not a huge issue.

was clean and everyone was very helpful. lady that did Omelettes for breakfast was very nice

I wish they would of done turn down service without having to call I didn’t get my room turned down I really like that. didn’t know I had to call night before wasn’t told by the time I read it in bathroom in the morning they told me couldn’t be done.

the 1st night it was really cold and my husband had to turn the shower on to heat the room and then when they came to fix it was set to one temp so even when when wanted to changed temp we couldn't

The stay was very convenient and great location. The cleaning staff was very nice. but overall well definitely will stay again..

The water pressure was not very good, there was hardly and pressure and the sheets are very small..

Stay was excellent. Staff were all Exceptional, esp front desk and shuttle drivers! Very clean and exceptional hospitality !!! Keep Up the absolutely fabulous job, staff seems very happy And it shows!!!!

Shuttle option to airport would have been amazing (even if for nominal fee)

The staff was very friendly from arrival to checking out. The rooms was very beautiful, well stocked, very comfortable, and clean.
