I think I was so tired & unfortunately missed the breakfast! I really wish it lasted longer, at least til 10:30am!

Letting the customer know upfront how much the deposit would be during booking.

Breakfast consists of waffles two different ways, jimmy dean sausage, egg, and cheese croissant, yogurt, breakfast bars, apples, two types of cereal, instant oatmeal, orange /apple juice, tea, and coffee. Pillows and bed was comfortable. Some restaurants, mainline gas stations, and interstate near by. Interacting with staff was pleasant.

The stay as a whole was pleasant far as the cleanness of the property, staff, room, and breakfast. However, staff cannot control people for as the noise (we had to sleep with the tv on because the noise level from the other room). And the marijuana smell coming from people. So it would not be fair to rate this hotel in this way.

Very clean property and very friendly people.

I thought we booked 2 queen beds, turned out to be 2 full beds. Made it difficult to sleep but otherwise, great property.

For the price I paid - a great hotel. It was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, I liked the breakfast. They accept a deposit of $ 100 not only by card but also in cash, and they give you your deposit back in the morning when you check out. It's very convenient.

The window doesn't open so there's no fresh air. The main light didn't work, the bulb needs replacing. The ice bucket needs replacing or cleaning, I couldn't use it. I saw one small cockroach, but I'm sure the workers are really worried about this problem.

I did enjoy my stay. However, some of the staff at the front desk could be friendlier. I stayed at this hotel for six nights and I couldn't believe that breakfat was the same exact thing every single day! I have stayed at many hotels because we travel alot and that was my first time experiencing that. Most hotels that serve breakfast no matter if its a little or alot will at least have a different variety of items from day to day. Also, I like to drink tea and out of the week of my stay, tea was only in stock for just two of those days. The juice machine was always out of order. But, your maintenance staff is very nice and polite and I would probably stay here again. So, no major complaints. Just a few things need to be improved.

I had to stay at the Sleep Inn I had back surgery & me & my husband had the King room I really enjoyed my stay there...Front desk staff were so nice...The beds were comfortable & the price was affordable...It was a very quiet & peaceful pleasant stay...I would recommend sleep inn to anyone not wanting to spend an arm & leg for a clean comfortable quiet room...The location is also good as well...

Clean, beds slept well, staff was very nice and helpful, great internet for working, location very convenient for work and family events we had that week.

The shower could have had a little more water pressure, but the water temperature was perfect. Need a little more variety on breakfast, maybe add banana's, eggs, and bacon. But I settled for the cereal and coffee or Bob Evans next door.

I have visited Sleep Inn for several years and I love the atmosphere the cleanliness the comfort and the hospitality. The breakfast I remember years ago to be buffet style. Which was the nail reason I left the A Quinta to go there. Unfortunately the breakfast is different now. Still good but I was really looking forward to old buffet style that won me over several years ago.

The heater in my room never got hot.

I saw horrible google reviews but our stay was great! The bathroom and room were clean room service came and made the bed left towels and more soap the room was spacious for two adults and a toddler with a playpen and luggage and toddler toys breakfast was good staff were so kind location was perfect for us!

I never really got to get breakfast it was always closed by the time I got there

And breakfast was closed by the time I got there, the night attendant I didn't get her name a older lady she rough, why did the water at the juice fountain, had to be cut off every night
