The room was really nice and clean. Pull out couch was comfortable, bed and linens were really nice. Had stove/oven, apartment size fridge, dishwasher, pots/pans/dishes. Amenities were nice.

Arrived at 240 was told I was unable to check in until 3 which was fine, checkin wasn’t until 3 anyways. At 3 I was unable to check in due to supervisor checking rooms. Wasn’t able to check in until almost 320. After going thru a hurricane, a wait was the last thing I wanted. A couple walked in behind me, was told checkin was not until 3 and they wouldn’t be able to check in. Complained and was checked in 14 min ahead but then refused to check me in prior to 3. Older man walked in prior to 3, without an reservation and was able to check in immediately. Hallways needed to be vacuumed; had trash, leaves and debris the entire weekend.

The room was very nice like an efficiency apt. Very clean and comfy. Could have stayed all week there.

The ice maker dind’t work nor did it have a tray. No ice vending machine. I want ice now. Manager refused to to get me a tray or ice. Room above us had some sort of leak and our bathroom floor got wet. Went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and walked into water.

Went to this hotel for an evacuation from hurricane Milton. Knew nothing about the property. I was pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable. Loved the room and the staff was very accommodating. Will book again for my next hurricane evacuation.

The remote for the TV was partially broken. That's it.

The only noise we had was from them on repairs from the hurricane. I understood about the noise and was not bothered by it. It was a great stay thank you.

Since I did not have a car I would of liked a grocery store close by or maybe a way to order.grocerys to the hotel.

The property was well lit and the area was nicely manicured.

The only issue I had with the property was the heavy equipment in some of the parking spots. I know the building was getting some work done so it wasn’t a huge issue.

The AC the control panel did not work it couldn't be turned off nor could the temperature be turned up or down

We loved the two bedroom suite. It was the perfect size for a family of 6 with plenty of space to sleep and plenty of room where we didn’t feel we were on top of each other. The kitchen area was wonderful to have especially with a big family. It was stocked with plate ware, not really cups and utensils for eating. We only had a cooking spoon so we know next time to bring a few more things to cook with. The breakfast was hot and very delicious. The kids loved the waffles and they had someone serving which was extremely nice and covid friendly. There was a little deck outside the eating area that we enjoyed eating breakfast at. The pool was on the smaller side but for our kids it was perfect and it was never full or crowded. The front desk was always helpful when we needed anything. This will definitely be one of our go to locations when coming to Tampa.

We rated an 8 because the mattress in the master bedroom was a lot firmer than we like.

I like that it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful It was quite peaceful We would recommend this Place

Could use a refresh and wider entry way found the bed harder than our liking but some might like a more firm bed than us our oven door was broken it wouldn't close

Loved everything, location was great and near all locations I needed to be near. Room was comfortable and very clean.

They put us in another room due to the headboard falling off the wall and they had a full kitchen

It was very clean but the rooms need some maintenance the headboard broke off the wall and there were a couple of roaches that I saw and house keeping never came to clean the room also over the weekend everyone is to laxed there was smoking in the parking lot and hall way and the room next to us had a large dog that they left in the room and it sounded like it was coming through the wall
