the area had good attractions but everything will result in an Uber ride or a rental to get around. airport shuttle was very helpful

It was very close to the airport, very convenient. The pool was amazing and everything was clean and relax

The only downside was that, pools closes too soon and the bar. I suggest you don’t close the bar if your still making the money and people are tipping. Also bartenders was kind of moody I understand some people are just rude, but when you are nice and they act in the contrary that’s a bummer. Remember that is an hotel, a lot of people escape the hectic life to have a breather. There no games available. Front desk are awesome, good mood and very attentive.

Customer service; the front desk staff was absolutely engaging, personable, helpful and always cheerful. The room was clean, the ac worked as it should, spacious and very comfortable with great amenities. It was nice to be able to cook meals and clean up well with an accommodating kitchenette an supplies. The pool was WONDERFUL! Clean, private, the temp of the pool was amaze-balls too. The breakfast was a but lackluster BUT I am an oatmeal eater so I was happy to be able to have whole oat oatmeal and not the instant packaged crap. The location is great too, both tucked away but near everything. This will be our preferred location to stay when we visit Tampa gor our next staycation.

Nothing we just didn't like, the breakfast just could have been more exciting.

Breakfast was ok, better than typical hotel continental but nothing great. The staff was VERY friendly, no matter who we had to speak to for whatever reason. Room and hotel was CLEAN - 10/10. Pool was very nice and clean, wish the water was a lil cooler so it would have been more refreshing but that isn't the hotels fault, rather mother natures fault due to the extreme heat that led up to our stay.

The only thing I could "complain" about was the bed was a bit worn and soft. However, it wasn't enough to prevent me from staying here again. And at the price point per night and everything else exceeding expectations this shouldn't even be a complaint.

Great continental breakfast. Rooms were clean and spacious. Like the personalization of your name on the tv. Location is great and is a short Uber ride to where you need to go. They also have a shuttle to and from the airport.

I didn't like how housekeeping only came every other day. You will have to stop by the desk for more towels and whatever else that needed to be replaced. Luckily it was just two of us and we were there for 3 days so not a huge deal.

The facility was clean, nice location and free breakfast was good!

There were a couple front desk staff that were not as friendly.

It is close to the airport, with a free shuttle. Just stayed one night to catch an early flight. Room and hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good dining options on-site and good breakfast included. I did not take advantage, but there is a 24 hour fitness room and a nice pool area. A little pricey, but worth it to me for the facilities and convenience.

We stayed for one night before heading back home. I loved the pool area as it had comfy couches and fireplaces! The hotel is bigger than I expected and the room was super comfy and quiet. I wish I could have stayed here my whole trip! We didn’t get to stay for breakfast, but it looked like it would be good. They also had a really nice bar next to the pool. Of course it being 4 mins away from the airport was an added plus.

Nothing! It was great!

We were looking for a hotel close to TPA as we landed rather late and just wanted to sleep. The hotel is perfectly located and we were positively suprised for an „close to the airport“ hotel. The staff was very nice and the room was spacious & tidy. We would definitely return.

The breakfast buffet was rather limited but provided for everything essential.

Poor communications, in relation to the airport shuttle bus. We emailed and communicated on several occasions, via booking.com portal and directly to the hotel email address. No reply ever received and was unable to make contact by phone! Moreover there was no mention on booking.com or hotel website about how the airport shuttle bus operates. it transpires you have to call the hotel to book the shuttle bus from airport to hotel, this, somehow, cannot be done in advance, albeit all forms of written communication were never acknowledged. A taxi and $45 dollars later, our young family made it to the hotel, after a 9.5 hour flight, that was the last thing we needed.
