Liked the fact of how accommodating they were when it came to checking in and out. Like the fact that they locked the doors after a certain time and there was only key card access. Was nice to have a microwave and a mini fridge to store a few items. Also the full size toiletries was nice one less thing to travel with.

I didn't like how that charged for breakfast when making a reservation. Also when it came to the bar there was not clear hours displayed so you not sure if it was open or not and if it wasn't manned then you had the waiter from the restaurant area filling in.

Location was wonderful for our needs. Staff was kind. Shuttle service was very helpful to and from the airport.

They were in the process of a huge renovation so things were not attractive or very convenient. They did their very best to keep thins quiet and work only during reasonable hours. The reception area and check in desk was in a tiny room with a glass window so things did not flow quite as well but all the staff was very warm and made the best of their circumstances.

The property was clean. Located directly next to the airport. Convenient location to other places such as food, gas and stores. Like that it a small spot to purchase snack items. Starbucks, bar and dining area also was on property. Loved that it had refrigerator that included a mini freezer, which was very convenient for my toddlers, as I used it to freeze my ice packs in preparation for the very hot day we had ahead of us at the theme park. No issues with parking. Free parking. Has a parking garage right next to the building which was very convenient. Requested extra towels and literally in less than 5 minutes it was brought to us.

We all loved our diner and breakfast! Plenty to choose from, both in the healthy and yummy department, regardless of the number of customers.

The diner and breakfast area is functional. Not a place you spend time because of the lovely decor or ambiance. But don’t judge a book by its cover. The food was perfect! And the area is being renovated, so may be better since our stay in December 2024.

Amazing food! Beautiful pool and comfortable beds.

The girl that checked us in gave us very limited information about parking. She also failed to give us a parking pass- I had to ask the manager for one later in the evening so that we weren’t towed. She was also supposed to give us complimentary bottles of water for our room but did not. The manager apologized and gave us enough for all four of us.

Leak from toilet no one ever came up to fix it. We were a goup of 5 there were not enough linnens or towels in room had to call for them. Was charged different pricea for ice cream (cash vs room charge) the ice cream had been melt3d and refrozen was icey and gross. Pool is in the shade for most of rhe day and outside and not heated was ice cold.

This place was extremely clean which is rare these days. It was also very safe and the location is great. It's across the street from the TPA terminal and close to the International Mall. I want to emphasize the cleanliness of this hotel which was outstanding. It has a good restaurant with good food for sale.

No free breakfast

The hotel was fine. Marcel at the front desk was amazing. So professional and kind. However my daughter was out walking the dog and fell into a very deep hole with her left leg almost to the top of her leg. The hole was overgrown with grass and could not be seen. She wrenched her leg and back. She has had back surgery and was in pain. I reported it to the desk and a maintenance man and Marcel marked the spot. But as we were standing there the hole was getting bigger. Marcel deducted the dog fee but the management did not offer to discount the stay and I did not ask. The hotel was nice and the food from the restaurant was fantastic!! Expensive but worth it. Room was great.

Mark the bar tender was exceptional and the free transport to the airport and car rental areas was great.

The food/drink and room were pricey. Supposedly the drinks were less expensive during the happy hour but the receipt is not itemized so there is no way to review it as it is all lumped into a "liquor" expense. Disappointing practice.

Very clean and neat. Breakfast was excellent would definitely stay there again if ever in the area.

Being next to the airport was kinda loud other than that it was wonderful time for the whole family.
