The property was very clean. Staff was very friendly, went out of their way to help

They’ve done an excellent job of updating the facility. My one complaint is the lock out doors for adjoining rooms are not soundproof. We could hear everything going on in the room beside us, and they were loud until well after 1 AM, joking and hollering and having a good time the sound was coming through the doors not the walls not the ceiling not the floors the doors they need to be replaced with soundproof doors . That was very old our third night there. 

After being sent to a room that hadn't been serviced yet, we were moved to another. Ground floor, newer AC than our last stay. No stairs and dark hallways. Easy access to I-95 and just a few miles to waterfront parks and great launch viewing. Great proximity to several restaurants, too. I will continue to book for launches and visits to Kennedy and Canaveral Seashore. The traveler ahead of me had no reservation. Manager was so kind to search nearby for him. Though it was fruitless due to a launch, I didn't mind waiting while she tried to help him.

Nothing we didn't like, really. Met expectations!

You can tell it is an older hotel but it was very clean and that's all that mattered. However, the pillows were horrible, beds were comfortable enough. We were only here for one night as we headed to Kennedy Space Center in the morning - was a 30 min drive from hotel only because we had to detour due to construction/road closure. We didn't use the pool. There were lots of spider webs along the railing outside our room. Would be nice if they just took a broom in the mornings and knocked them down - I know the spiders will build them back up but you could tell they had been there for a while

Pillows - horrible

The A/C worked wonderful, the beds where clean, the shower function correctly with very hot water. the bathroom and towels were very clean. The hotel was full our second night of staying, but you would of never know other guest were there.

Climbing the stairs haha. There was nothing terrible about our stay at this location.

Clean spacious room, kind staff, good breakfast, and close to Kennedy Space Center. A Level 2 charger is available for electric cars. I was able to fully charge my car overnight at no additional cost.

My room was on the second floor and I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs, but the maintenance man stopped and helped me on the way out. The pool was inviting, and I wished I'd stayed an extra night to enjoy it.

It had everything to make us feel right at home. The Pool is HUGE! Haven’t seen a Hotel Pool that size for a long time with a lot of poolside sitting areas. The room were very hygienic with wooden floors, no carpet. The breakfast buffet was better than anticipated. Location fantastic, professional staff, strong A/C.

Clean and odor free, even though it was a room that allowed pets. It seemed safe and well lit. Well maintained. Bed comfy enough.

Noisy AC, but that's every motor inn. Light sleepers (me) need earplugs. Smell of urine in passageways and puddle from ACs that you couldn't get around. Not sure whether I and my wheeled luggage were in water or urine. You need to fix this. Hallway in the 140s, stairs to 240s. I booked this room a month in advance and got a 2nd rate room in the back.

We wanted a low-cost, brand-name hotel near the Kennedy Space Center, and that's exactly what we got. If you're on a budget and you want to stay overnight near the Space Center, this is a good option for that.

There was a tiny little bit of sand/grime in the bathtub, but we dealt with it and didn't bother to call housekeeping, because we were only staying two nights.

The room was very clean. At the front desk we did not have a very good service. Not a professional employees. The very young girl that was there , was on her phone when we walked in and she never looked at us. She ask if we had a reservation looking at her phone all the time. But in reference to the Hotel It was very good, very clean.

Travelling with our three kids to see the Space Center. This was the cheapest hotel we could find in the area so we weren't expecting much, but wow were our expectations exceeded! The staff were all wonderful, from the gal that checked us in to the young lady stocking the breakfast and the manager we chatted with in the bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the soft beds (it was like sleeping on a cloud!), but my husband prefers hard beds so he didn't sleep well. The free breakfast was good- waffles, bagels, toast, juice- though the only protein options were yogurt, peanut butter, and cream cheese. Overall we were very pleased and would recommend or stay again.

We didn't realize the pool closed at dusk so the kids were bummed they didn't get to check it out.
