Breakfast had a nice variety. It was very hectic and out of several things and the wait was a bit longer to replenish than I would have anticipated.

The transportation to the cruise terminal was b-a-d. Unorganized and the wait was quite unreasonable.

The breakfast was awesome. The room was better than a 4 star at Las Vegas I stayed at. I admit I am hard to please, and I have not 1 complaint about this hotel. Parking was superior. Everything worked as it should. Honestly, it was a great value and I would definitely stay again. I wish it was on the beach, but that would drive the prices up. Check in is 4 pm. I used the app to check in 24 hours in advance like was suggested and my room was ready by 7 am. Also the room key was on the app. And plenty of room. How much better does it get.

One negative comment. The sofa bed is not a bed. You could use it as such but Marriott could have done better on that.

The property was neat. The facility looks brand new and very clean. The rooms were pristine clean. I enjoyed sitting around the fireplace outside. I didn’t have an uncomfortable feeling about anything during my stay.

The room was modern, comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was excellent!! The lobby and breakfast area were very spacious.

When we checked in and again as we were leaving there were no luggage carts available. While the breakfast area was spacious and had a good selection many of the items were running out and the kitchen staff was not making an effort to refill them.

Everything! Room was great- spacious, clean and decent beds. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Convenient location to the cruise terminals. Easy to set up a shuttle to terminals, if needed.

The AC was a little lagging but eventually worked.

Breakfast was awesome. So clean inviting and so many choices to choose from. The staff was so so nice. Brian our customer service front desk employee was amazing, helpful and accommodating. Every staff member was helpful. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience

The hotel was up to date and very clean. The room was larger than expected and location was great!

There could be more staff working breakfast as people had to wait many times because food ran out and staff were working to replenish.

Breakfast not as good as Hampton Inn’s. Coffee area was separate from the breakfast food area. Paying for parking is ridiculous! Won’t stay at a hotel that charges for parking if not not in a city location!

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The location was great as well.

I didn’t like the air not working properly inside our rooms. It’s too hot outside for the air to not be super cold. Please especially in Florida fix this issue.

Room and bed -,nice,clean,big and comfortable location -good to reach the port. Front desk- very helpfull. Breakfast -nice,fresh Provide water/coffee 24/7,at the first floor. Good value for money
