Location was absolutely perfect! Staff was exceptionally helpful! Two of our 3 townhomes looked out over the marina where we loved watching the boats and draw bridge. All three were on a dead end street which was wonderful considering we had 11 children with us. The restaurant, pool and office were easily within walking distance which was great.

The townhomes were not as clean as I’d hoped. The babies feet were dirty after walking around the living/kitchen area after arriving. Furniture was stained. The kitchen is not well stocked (pots & pans, etc.) which made it difficult to cook for more than a few people at a time.

Our 3 bed 4th floor apartment blew us away with its most beautiful decoration and layout. Probably one of the most exceptional apartments we have stayed in ever! Check-in was very efficient and the guy on the desk was very friendly and helpful. Free parking under the building meant the car was cool whenever we used it. The apartment was furnished and decorated in the most amazing with extremely comfortable large beds and a kitchen kitted out with everything imaginable. The indoor/outdoor restaurant Dolphins next door is also brilliant. We would have loved to stay here longer and would happily live in this place - just amazing?

The light above the dining table didn't work which was a shame as it looked very interesting. This is the only negative we could possibly find with this place so you should be able to tell how much we loved it.

We arrived at our apartment weary and tired xx it was clean fresh and just stunning xx everything we needed to have a few days r&r xx we chose it as it was close to Kennedy space centre which took around 15 minutes by car xx everything in the apartment was fab xx big telly beautiful decor excellent kitchen xx washer/drier, hairdryer xx we wished we could have stayed a week xx there was a pool and bar but we ran out of time to try but we will return xx we were two couples we both had privacy and our own bathrooms and a spare room too xx just great place watching the dolphins from our balcony x

The beds in the smaller rooms although comfy were very squeaky according to the other couple every time they turned over it woke them up 😂

Great property. We only needed the room for one night, we were going on a cruise the next day. The house was big. 3 bedrooms 2 baths. We had 4 adults and 1 child. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked (if you wanted to cook). There is a restaurant on site but check the menu prior to going. The food isnt for everyone. BUT, it was still a very nice restaurant and was busy so I am sure I am just picky. I would absolutely stay again but would need to have a car on site.

Everything was nice. Personally I would like to have had more choices at the restaurant but again, I am picky. There wasnt anything bad about this place.

Everything.

The facility is NOT marked as a dog friendly location on booking.com. As guests with allergy issues we were surprised to find so many dogs in the hotel. However, the staff was very accommodating in helping to create a safe environment for us. The floors in the condos are fully tile and can be cleaned easily and the furniture is leather, the town homes are not equipped like that (just FYI in case you have to chose your locations like we do.)

I booked for one night before leaving on a cruise out of the Port of Cape Canaveral, and at the time I was traveling with 5 or possibly 6 adults, needing a minimum of 3 beds. I'd checked out hotels on Cocoa Beach, but Cape Crossing gave me everything I needed, for a better price. Check in was simple, and I appreciated the security measures - buildings are code-locked, limiting unauthorized access for anyone who is not a registered guest. The beds were comfortable, the condo spacious and beautifully decorated, the location perfect, and the view of the marina from our balcony sealed the deal - especially since some of the ships still had Christmas lights on them. It was a perfect evening - we ate at Dolphins, which was a Hawaiian themed tiki restaurant within walking distance, and then returned to the room to rest and watch bowl games. The next morning, we made an emergency shopping run to the nearby Target and had breakfast at the Causeway Diner (highly recommend, even if a little way past where you'd turn to go to the port), and it really set the tone for our whole vacation.

I could wish that there were more dining options within walking distance, but it was not a deal-breaker for us. The television was a little difficult to figure out at first, but we got it.

This resort was exceptional. I wish my family and I would have been able to stay longer. We were not able to enjoy all that they had to offer however they 3bd suite was amazing. We had no complaints! I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay by the water with no worries. The staff treated us well even though we came in late they made sure we were able to check in expeditiously. I wish we would have taken pictures but we were in and out. We will be back!

We stayed in a 5th floor 3-bedroom condo with a spectacular view of the marina and waterway! We watched dolphins swim by and an amazing array of birds flying right from our balcony. The condo was beautifully furnished, very modern. We made breakfast in the spacious kitchen every morning. A new restaurant, Dolphins, had just opened a week before right on the condo grounds. Excellent ambiance, staff, good food and so convenient. We had a rental car for the week, which was helpful because there are no other restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance. We took trips to the Enchanted Forest in Titusville, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge and Cocoa beach. All were spectacular and less than a half hour away. We all loved this resort and would happily stay there again.

Check in was easy. Very clean, stayed in 3 bedroom townhouse. Beds were comfortable rooms were large. Extra bedding for sofa bed was already in the closet. If you got 2 vehicles one can be parked infront of the townhouse the other at the clubhouse which is like 30 feet away. Close to Publix and Target about 3 miles away. Washer and dryer in the garage in the townhouses. Very close to Port Canaveral if looking for a place to stay before your cruise. Also across the street is a parking shuttle service to Port if not parking at the port.

The property was very helpful - both before and during our visit. Its location is IDEAL for people departing Cape Canaveral on a cruise. If you haven’t been to this area before, consider booking and extra day, to tour NASA facilities at Cape Canaveral. Check out Pacific Rim Restaurant while there. I would like to stay longer at this condo/ apartment facility as we were very comfortable there!

It’s ideal to Uber from Orlando Airport (MCO) and around Merritt Island, including to Port Canaveral. A car, if possible, would also be handy.
