The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfy and they had done an exceptional job of updating and maintaining the property. The location was perfect and we will stay here again next time we are in the area. I was not expecting much being a Quality Inn however this property far exceeded my expectations. The pool table and claw machine game in the main lobby were a fun, unexpected touch as was the 2nd floor lounge overlooking the lobby.

The free breakfast was a bit lacking. The waffles were good but they were the only hot option. I wish they had more options other than just cereal, yogurt, waffles and fruit. Also the lighting in the room itself wasn't very good but those are both very minor issues and I would definitely stay here again

Room good; Staff great. 2nd night workers next door worked on flooring all night little sleep; 3rd might noisexabout 9 - 9:45 seems to be a tad quieter now i called front desk as it sounds likectgdcwijersxsfsin; was advised room had occupant maybe they care getting settled and will quiten down soon - walks are apparently wuitecthjn. Overall my stay is satisfactory and i would stay again

Loved playing pool with my fiancé wish more was open massage chairs were amazing ! loved it was dog friendly and how nice the staff was breakfast was amazing, Rooms were cleaner then I’d expect from Zepherhills, I expected worse but got the best it was clean and comforting Highly recommended this hotel to anyone who is staying in the area !

The room was updated and really nice. We had a bottom floor Gulf side room. No noise and easy to get to the beach. Parking was easy. We wanted a break and it exceeded what we expected. There is also a beautiful pool to relax in after the beach. The parrot, a wonderful restaurant, is right next to the hotel and a tiki bar. There are several other places to eat.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby.

When we arrived our room had an overwhelming smell of Frabreez. On our 5th day it rained really hard and there was a roof leak in our room. The next day when we came back from sightseeing there was a strong mildew smell witch tells me this is an ongoing issue that should have already been addressed and repaired.

Great stay, went to watch our daughter play basketball with Special Olympics. Room was clean and very relaxing. They did a fantastic job. Was a little nervous, had never been to this part of Florida. The staff were very nice and friendly.

Front desk staff very friendly she assisted me with wifi and a lighter, pool way. Another nice male staff assisted me with pool towels, both cleaning staff awesome hard working latinas idk her name but she was Dominican very sweet. Pool was excellent temp and clean love that they provide floties also great space for me to work. I did a bubble bath yes all of this in 1 night bed super comfy cool fridge

We were a late arrival. The front desk confirmed our reservation and had us checked in quickly. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds were clean. We slept through breakfast, but it was offered. I'd stay again.

As a disabled person I was too far away from breakfast. I couldn't make the walk with my walker for breakfast. Would gave been good to. Have some deliverable menus

Breakfast was great, we have not had waffles in a long time! Peyton was awesome! would come back just for him as he was such a help!

I thought pool area would be larger and more on breakfast to choose from.
