This hotel was like a breath of fresh air. The breakfast was perfect, hot and tasty. The coffee was delicious. The hotel was spotless. The room was comfy and very clean with plenty of towels and quality toiletries. The staff were warm, welcoming and informative. I loved the free ice -cream in the evening. Spent a relaxing afternoon around the well maintained pool. For me, this hotel represents great value for money at an exceptional standard.

We had such a positive experience at this hotel that we booked the Holiday Inn Express & Suites near Miami Airport for our last night before flying home.

Excellent location - only

Outdated and bad smell in hallways. No tea bags in the room. Rooms need to be updated - old furniture. Old TV - audio was really bad. Bathtub got clogged while trying to take a shower. Elevator was super scary to use.. it felt like any second will stop working with guests trapped inside. The second elevator was out of order. Staff were ok in the morning, not when checked in at night. I would not recommend the hotel.

Breakfast food was really good! And the automatic pancake maker was pretty cool Rooms, bathrooms, lobby, hallways, trash cans were all clean. Free ice cream was nice too! Staff was great. Needed an extra 2 pillows that were sent to room within 10 minutes. Overall 10/10!!

Honestly, I got exactly what I paid for and a tad bit more. I’d come here again and again if it stayed this way. Location is convenient to everything too. Great job

Check in was fast and easy. The ladies in the front desk were very welcoming. The most important part for me was the cleanliness of our room. Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. The coffee was good and when it comes to coffee I'm very picky. So all in all we were satisfied with our stay. I definately would stay there again. Thank you for making it a pleasant stay. :)

There was nothing I didn't like. My experience was all good.

Very clean property and amenities! All of the staff was wonderful and welcoming, my family quoted it as “one of the best hotel stays” we’ve ever experienced. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional! They do everything they can to make you feel like welcomed and a valued guest. We loved staying here, we will be back! The pool was also great and beautiful, we enjoyed it very much and the breakfast, we loved the variety and how it changed every morning. We didn’t have to go out for breakfast, it was all wonderful and the other guests visiting were all so nice. Safe location too with lots of food options and things to do around!

Nothing, everything was great!

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Always smiling. Asking about are upcoming trip. And they were excited and wishing us a wonderful time. I would definitely stay here again. I searched high and low for a place to stay and this had the best reviews. No musty smells like other hotels reviews had. The pool area was very nice . Tropical flowers and very secluded. A great start to our vacation.

Everything was clean and nice

I did not care for the elevators. I felt like why is it still Moving and the door is open! Also there was one snappy lady during breakfast. I really think she could have addressed the end of breakfast a little better then I’m closing in 5 mins get what u need! Rude asf ! Js ! Otherwise awesome! Will definitely stay again

Everything was clean, bed was EXTREMELY comfortable! Staff were extremely nice! The property has ice cream from 8p-10p, the continental breakfast was the best I'd ever had! And they offered 20% off the TGIFridays across the street!

It's in a secluded place, too far from the airport or downtown Tampa, otherwise, everything was GREAT! Upon arrival, the pool didn't look as clean but after a bit, the pool looked clean (maybe after a cleaning)

I usually do not leave reviews. But this one I definitely was going to. The first thing I noticed was how pleasant the front desk attendant was. VERY kind. He gave my children stuffed animals from Busch Gardens. Informed us of the nightly free ice cream. The room was very clean (And I am super weird about cleanliness). Also the breakfast was probably one of the best I have had at a hotel. Plenty to pick from and stuff you’d actually want to eat! And each day it was something different and not the same food each morning. Also the housekeepers nocked on my door to offer to clean or restock anything I may need or replenished. Most you have to go out of your way to ask for towels. Also it is conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and things to do. In other words I would stay again.

Pool was kind of small, and only outdoors.

The beds were very comfortable and staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Bathroom was spacious.

The elevators were a little rough stopping and going, and the TV would lose signal on certain channels. Those were such minor things though that it was still a great stay.
