Great location, 5 minute walk to State Farm Arena and directly across from Chick-fil-A. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was hot and fresh. I loved being able to pick the room (837) I wanted. It was directly across from the park. The picture I attached was taken from the room.

The hot water in the shower didn't work until the front desk told me a trick to get it working.

The Hotel itself was great, however some services were lacking. My son and granddaughter had an early flight out and I asked for a wake up call. It never happened. When I went to valet parking at 5:00 AM, the attendant was prompt at greeting us, but brought out the wrong car which almost made us late to the airport. Attention to details could be better.

Friendly hotel & valet staff. Loved the ease of virtual check in/check out. With this, not only do you not have to wait in line to check in/out, but your phone becomes your key. We did this a few hours before arrival & got to choose our floor & room location. We even got a text that our room was ready 2 hours ahead of schedule. Our room overlooked Centennial Park.. so pretty at night with the ferris wheel lit up, so be sure & choose/request the park side for the view. We received vouchers for complimentary snacks & drinks in the early evening and free breakfast. Another plus was that the hotel is within walking distance to State Farm Arena. On-site valet parking was very convenient. We will definitely be back!

It's definitely not a deal breaker, but wished breakfast hours were a little longer.

The hotel property was very nice inside and out ! Our room with city views was amazing and had plenty of room for our family of 5 ! Everything was Clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities, They even have a great breakfast buffet! ALL of the staff were so professional and friendly and ALWAYS available to help or answer any questions we had . The hotel is in the perfect location downtown , it’s only walking distance to a few big attractions like the Georgia aquarium and The Coca Cola museum also had plenty places around to go eat ! Definitely enjoyed our stay !

The only thing I didn’t like was the parking ! No fault at all to the hotel but they were so packed we had to pay to park at another hotel across the street

The breakfast was pretty good and being attached to Starbucks is always a plus. Didn't get the chance to try Ruth Chris but perhaps next time. Love the closeness to the State Farm Arena. Literally in walking distance. Bed was comfortable and the suite was spacious.

Our room heat did not work and someone had to come out to provide us with a space heater. One of the woman serving breakfast was a total you know what, ignoring people asking questions and acting very stuck up because they were closing down the breakfast. You are never suppose to treat customers like that. Also, the bathroom's toilet was extremely.tiny.

The staff was friendly, helpful, but yet very professional. They seem to genuinely care about the mission of assuring that my stay be very memorable, as well as enjoyable. Ms Dariana and Ms Danielle were to of your staff whom I couldn't forget for there eagerness to assure that all accommodations were up to standard, it was obvious that Embassy Suites standard was high. GREAT JOB!!!... I WILL BE BACK!!!...THANKS!!!...ALVIN EDWARDS...

I enjoyed everything!!!... The comfortable bed, and the warm and inviting atmosphere in the hotel. The cleanliness of the suite I stayed in, and the accommodating staff at Embassy Suites.

Location was great for visiting the aquarium, Coca-Cola store, and other attractions. Room was large and had a nice view of the park and city skyline. Furniture was comfortable.

Free breakfast wasn't good, about what you'd expect from a free hotel breakfast. Toilet in the room was inconsistent in flushing. Often, the tank wouldn't fill. Only bad thing about the location is that there aren't a lot of interesting restaurants nearby. There are some, but not many. We had to travel a bit to get to places we were interested in.

I was upgraded to a King Suite and it was the most amazing and comfortable experience my son and I have had all vacation and we spent 7 days at a Disney on property resort prior to this. Most glorious!

Too many Homeless people around the property. No on site bar, had to walk blocks away. On site store for refreshments closed early, NO 24hr fountain drinks for guests in a suite or in general, NO in room refreshments for having a suite, again had to walk and Uber eats to get things past 10pm.

I loved the overall look in the inside of the hotel. It was very nice. The rooms were clean and neat and stocked with the normal essentials that hotels leave in the rooms. A lot of the staff was friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out was easy.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel did not provide free parking. I understand the costs from a business aspect, however, I didn't like the $55 per night valet parking costs. They need more valet than the 3-4 people getting and returning vehicles to the parking lot. We were there for my sister's graduation. When my family and I walked out of the hotel and saw my sister's car in front (she didn't request the valet to retrieve it), we were wondering WHY her car was there. When the valet was asked he gave us an, "oh what happened was there was a little mixup". A little mixup? It should not have been a mixup when we were paying $55 per night for that parking and entrusting the valet to have a proper system so cars/keys wouldn't get mixed up. Free parking... Make it happen. Embassy Suites..

Great location - just by Olympic Park. The World of Coca-Cola is walking distance.

Staff service was poor – we booked for 6 people but only got sheets & towels for 2. We waited for ~2 hours with kids falling asleep trying to get sheets to sleep and towels to wash. We were in roadtrip and hated the experience. Despite reminders it took forever. Staff could not answer the question how to avoid it next time. They explained they don't know which room we will get so cannot prepare sheets & towels upfront. WTF Hilton???! Expensive valet parking – not worth it.
