OMG, I had the most excellent experience before & during my stay at The Omni CNN Hotel in Atlanta and this was because of DJ, the concierge on M4. It was my 50th milestone birthday and I chose to book my stay at this hotel for the first timesent a message to the property about the importance of miuuyrip as I've survived death many times and that it would be extremely meaningful to me if they could enhance my stay with anything complimentary. I did not know I was in for a superb treat. DJ's exceptional, quality customer service & professionalism are attributes I pray the hotel management treasure because there are no words that can express the first class, million dollar treatment I received and the valet staff Yuseph treated me professionally. For someone like myself who worked in hospitality before, I raise my hat to DJ, please recognize this man because as a human being, he cares for people. He made everything smooth and wonderful. My first time there and I enjoyed the hotel and its amenities, the location was easy access to everything. The hotel's fine dining restaurants were awesome & buffet-style breakfast was yummy. The Omni CNN Hotel in Atlanta is the Bentley of all hotels in my book. I had a blast at the live rooftop restaurant event for my 50th birthday celebration as I danced the night away and had a blast. I didn't know anyone there and DJ made my stay absolutely amazing by the genuine care & thoughtfulness throughout and I am extremely grateful. DJ made a comment that he tried to make my stay comfortable although it's Not coming from out of his pockets, he'll do his best to make my stay comfortable which he did. I had to let him know that although we don't know each other, God placed him in the position to be able to offer such a magnificent experience for me there and it's about how he treats people that makes him shine.

Everything. The staff was very friendly and kind. The hotel was clean everywhere. We felt cared for while we were there and not looked over. Something else stood out to us. We left the hotel and returned to a lot of traffic in front of the building, and the staff cared so much for us not having to wait for it to be gone, they stopped traffic for us to get back into the hotel. You guys are awesome!! Most definitely at the top of our list when we return to Atlanta. Thank you so much for your awesome hospitality!!

I went when there were several huge bands playing on the same date. Valet parking was convenient but very business-like to say the least. Check in was fast considering the literal hundreds of people onsite. My only complaint is that the room I booked through Booking.com was not the room I ended up with as the hotel never received my info. I ended up paying nearly twice as much for half of what I booked online.

The property was fine. Although it was definitely difficult to get checked in, but that was primarily due to what was going on in town, two big concerts.

Such a nice hotel! Friendly staff and easy check-in. DeAngelo was awesome! The room was so nice with a great view. Nice quiet and peaceful. Nice functioning shower (haven't had one of those at a hotel in a while). Easy short walks to nearby restaurant. Also can walk all the way to the other side of the world congress center completely indoors. This is especially nice because it was so cold out.

Worst thing about the stay was that the cleaning service did not clean the room very well. Especially the bathroom the sink was still dirty when we came back. Also the front doors lock at night so we had to sneak in thru a restaurant to get inside.

The location to the event we were going to was great. Within a 5-6 minute walk.

It took 45 minutes to check in. We booked a king room and we're told they didn't have one avail if I would like to wait and see later if there was one available I could. When I asked how would you like me to do that? I booked the room several weeks ago. She said I could come back. I was already late for the concert we were going to at this point. I took the 2 double beds. The restaurant/bar was quoting 30 minute waits but at an hour and 45 we still didn't get a table. We had to eat from a coffee shop to make our concert. Price was mighty high to valet park, $60 a day. We paid as much in parking as we paid for the ticket to see Billy Joel.

The room was so clean and fresh and super comfortable. Thankfully there was coffee in the room. The shampoo and soap options were nice as well as any other cosmetic items we might need like Q-tips, cotton balls, etc..

As far as breakfast options at the coffee bar downstairs that was not impressive and over priced. Plus unfortunately the staff there when I was there, it was not clear about coffee. You would just get at the coffee station versus specialty coffee that they could actually make.

We enjoyed the room with the "City View"!! This was the highlight of our stay. We were quite disappointed that the pool was not accessible in July?? The room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed walking to everything since we were in this prime location.

Although it was the 4th of July, we were shocked to find out that they were not having a fireworks display in Centennial Park. The pool not being accessible put a damper on our stay.

Hotel location was perfect for our stay to attend a concert at State Farm Arena. It was a short, well-lit walk from the arena. Across the street from Olympic Park and a short walt to the Aquarium and Coke Museum. Short, easy walk to MARTA Station and we were at the hotel within 40 minutes of our plane landing.

The price was a bit steep, but we paid for convenience. The room was mostly in good shape, except for the ceiling over the tub needed attention as the paint was peeling.

Location. Top Draft hotel bar. Bar patio was most excellent for socializing and hanging out. Valet was efficient. Close to numerous places to eat and drink. Centenial Park. Coke museum and aquarium. Best place to stay if seeing basketball or football games. Newly opened Margaritaville within short walking distance. Convenient to Marta if not wishing to drive to other parts of Atlanta served by Marta. The gym was better than some paid membership locations.

We were there for the Saints game and everyone was "FANtastic". Staff was great about an excited crowd even though it was hard to get in to restaurants and Bars in hotel. Will stay here again since practically next to the stadium. Parking staff was absolutely the BEST!

Maintenance on elevators was a bit aggravating and signage could be better between the two towers. Some confusion there when trying to park etc. We did ask for closer rooms and ended up being in rooms 10 floors apart so needed to take elevator.
