Breakfast was okay could have been more of a variety. Location was excellent we didn’t have to travel far for food or shopping!!!!!

Incidental damage deposit could have been made known on the booking website. I paid at the time of booking the room and was told there was $0 to pay when I arrived but there was $100 incidental deposit to pay

The location was great. it was walking distance (a block) from the mall, and about 3 blocks from a Walmart, many dining places surrounding it within walking distance. There’s also a very nice (we dined there) restaurant (Red Pepper) in front of it, as you’re driving into the parking lot. The staff were Extremely welcoming, and eager to make our stay great, and it was. Clean, Quiet, Relaxing, Great Full Breakfast, Pool, Gym… I will definitely be staying again. Ms Dawn Damianov is the absolute Best Manager. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank You soo Much!!

The Elevator was Very very slow and we believe only 1 of them were working at the time because only 1 opened, the whole weekend. We didn’t mention this to the staff, because we were in no hurry & the other guests who spoke with us about it, didn’t seem to be either.

Front desk staff was amazing, very friendly and polite to talk to. The size of the room was amazing. The bed was fairly comfortable. It was pretty clean just a weird odor when entering room. The lobby was clean, staff attentive.

No microwave, room service knocked on my door very loud as well as others to clean at 9 am but check is not until 12 waking myself up as well as others. We felt rushed to leave. I didn’t have any body towels nor bathroom hygiene except bar soap. I travel a lot and stay at many hotels. Also the comforter is supposed to be inside of the duvet. 😉

LOVED the staff, amazing service; They were just amazing and offered us waters on arrival! The space was comfortable and we loved the black out sheet for the window. And shower was large, clean, and very modern! Overall had a great, quick stay.

I do wish that I could not hear the pull of the elevator as I slept / it was very loud near our ears since we were on the wall of the elevator. And there was a cigarette burn on our comforter - not a big deal, but definitely wish it wasn’t there!

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff Twenty minute drive to the ballpark. Across the street from the mall with access to many restaurants.

Breakfast was disappointing. No new items or hot food replenished after 9:30. Fifteen people looking for breakfast on a Sunday. Food staff non existent. I’m sure they didn’t want to hear the complaints. I understand breakfast stops at 10am, and you don’t want to put out a lot of food and have it go to waste, but when you have a large group of guests looking for food, how about replenishing. No juice. Oatmeal and cold cereal available

Everything about this property was wonderful. The location was away from the night lit scene, which I love. The staff were very pleasant on each shift. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. There was a lot of parking available on the nights that I decided to go out as well. I can’t wait to stay there again.

There was nothing that I did not like.

The ladies at the front desk were so very kind. They always said hello and asked us how our outing was. They made our stay so much better than expected.

The breakfast was chaotic. It didn’t seem too organized but it could be because there were so many people but the stay was still by far the best.

Breakfast was fantastic and had great options! The staff was very nice! Beds were very comfortable as well! Overall a fantastic stay!

Disney was not an option on TV and for a family with littles there wasn't anything to watch at night. Nick and Cartoon network were options but for toddler age we really missed either Disney or Disney Jr. Or pbs kids! Also having a door on the shower would be better for kids. We also noticed when you first walked in there was a bit of a smell until the air kicked on.

The staff were very friendly and helpful from the front desk staff to the breakfast staff. Everything and everywhere I went was very clean - rooms, fitness center, breakfast area, bathrooms downstairs, elevators, staircases. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I love the location too! We were within 30 minutes of the Georgia Aquarium, Truist Park and the Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament.

The night staff was amazing she informed me of all charges and gave me an receipt she was so kind and friendly and helped with everything we need she was very professional well groomed and was welcoming the room was just as nice as the photos very clean and safe great to go breakfast bar and great place to stay over all even the manager was nice even when he double charged me and lied to my face I would stay again because I love the hotel But I will bring my own lube this time for when they screw me

I was charged the booking.com price which was great I also didn’t mind paying the 106 dollar incident fee but the following day after checking in I was alerted they just charged my car again for 106 a total of three transaction and only two were authorized one wasn’t not so I talked to the manager he said it’s not in his computer but my bank statement says he is an absolutely polite liar and I my money was taking so it’s a great place to stay just know that it’s going to be a double incidental fee or prepared to pay more I stayed four nights the first they charged me but I informed the manager and they stopped stealing my money
