The front desk staff and valet staff was always very friendly and courteous. They were prepared for my late arrival and made me feel welcome upon entering the hotel. Front desk staff and valet staff were also consistently helpful and answered any questions I had throughout my stay. Both were attentive, as well.

I stayed at the hotel for a total of 4 nights and 3 days. Despite requesting such services, room was only cleaned once during my visit. I made note of this on my last morning to the front desk staff and room was promptly tended to and clean upon my return that afternoon, but disappointed over the prior two days when I returned from travel adventures to see my room wasn't cleaned (this includes full trash, unmade bed, and untended bathroom).

the location is great though a bit far from the airport and the ambience very good

although i paid in advance inclusive of breakfast when making the booking, i still got charged for breakfast. this became a long issue for discussion at the point of check-out with front desk and breakfast team indicating to me that Booking.com did not inform them about my cost being inclusive of breakfast. when i asked them whether Booking.com gave them the payment i made in advance and told them about the length of my stay, they were silent. i seriously didn't like that experience at all and as i write, i am not sure whether those charges have been reversed to my credit card

Hotel does not have grab bars in each bathroom. Requested a room with grab bars (not a rollin shower setup) and they adjusted that. GRAB BARS SB IN EVERY BATHTUB SETUP. A $20 ITEM TO SAVE SOMEONE FROM FALLING!

1) Requested a chair without wheels for our room ON THE FIRST DAY AT THE FRONT DESK TALKING DIRECTLY TO AN OLDER MALE PERSON WHO APPEARED TO BE THE 'BOSS'. Only chair in the room was a desk chair w/wheels. This one request was NOT fulfilled with no explanation given. So for 5 days we had one chair that we had to push against the bed so it would not take off. Being a short person it was difficult to get up on the 18" high mattress setup so sitting on the bed was not an option. 2) Morning of last day, called down directly to the front desk and talked with a woman to request a large luggage cart and person to help us leave. One person came, without cart, and was knocking on the wrong door.

The hotel exterior looked much better in real life than in the photos, and the lobby was beautiful and well-designed. I assume it was renovated pretty recently. Great value for the price and we were happy with our stay and would stay there again. The hotel is next to a big park but we didn't get to explore it. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. I appreciated the customized welcome message on the TV. Daily touch-up room service was great considering covid.

Parking fee, but it's common for Atlanta. The parking garage itself is convenient and has an elevator that takes you to the lobby. Facial tissue wasn't refilled (there was 3-4 left when we got there,) don't believe we ever got a floor towel, there wasn't enough towels provided for 4 guests, no plastic bags in the trash cans, no trash can on the floor. Just little details that could improve, wasn't a deal breaker for us, because the cleanliness was good.

I loved the location. I do not like driving through Atlanta, so this location being on the perimeter was great. It was minutes from the Dunwoody Marta which we used to travel to a concert. The beautiful Garden, walk paths, & water features outside were a plus. This was perfect for my daughter who is into photography, so she had a blast taking pictures of everything she saw. Such a beautiful location & away from the hectic traffic. We enjoyed dinner & breakfast at Parkwoods located in the hotel which was convenient, & both meals were delicious & we found the value to be good for the quantity. The dinning staff was great & friendly. It's a really beautiful hotel.

I do wish the front desk staff would have explained a few things like what the room key accessed & how the meal plans worked. I did wake up in the middle of the night our 2nd night to what smelled like weed, not the hotels fault, but it was annoying. The only disappointment at dinner was the dessert. The selection is minimal at Parkwoods & for the price you pay for a sliver of chocolate cake, is was very disappointing. Not enough for 2 people to share. The items in the 24 hour marketplace are way over priced & you don't know what the price is until you scan it for checkout.

Our check-in experience was wonderful. Rhiannon was so friendly and helpful! She made us feel right at home. The dinner buffet (apparently, this isn't always available, but there was a dance competition in the hotel so they set up a buffet) was very good and breakfast was also very good! Our 12-year-old granddaughter really enjoyed the indoor pool. We came from a hotel in another part of the city, but checked out after only one night because we didn't feel safe there. We were so happy to find the Crowne Plaza and the remainder of our stay in Atlanta was wonderful. Thank you.

The bathrooms in the room need to have exhaust fans in them to help with the steam buildup when showering.

our second and longest stay. without Nick picking little things our stay was very good. the attention to detail. the friendly staff. the cleanness of rooms and all common areas. the grand open areas. the back area is absolutely beautiful. as I mentioned to a staff the missed opportunity in the grounds with a ballroom to create an event similar to the Holidays Gaylord Hotels. my imagination runs wild 😁

the coffee bar. the latte and cappuccino were undrinkable. it took us every day to Starbucks so missing an opportunity to have breakfast there. we had a few glitches with calling for valet and front desk with no answer but no big deals, eventually they answered and took care of us.

It’s hard trusting pictures sometimes but the pictures the property had posted on booking was what I got when we arrived.

Pool was a little dirty and I was excited about the garden as I had show it online and then the front desk staff recommended it but it was nothing to see. And the parking $16 a day is a little excessive.

The location and the security presence

I did it a handicap accessible room and it was available but a time I checked it I had to compromise due to the fact that I was down visiting my daughter who wasn’t feeling well

The hotel was up to date in the lobby area and room. The bed and pillows were SOOOOOO comfy. The housekeeping staff was very nice and accommodating.

The carpet on our floor looked a bit old & there was something gross in the drain of the ice machine.
