The location and room size. Large room with plenty of closet space. Front desk was friendly.

Cleaning of rooms could Be better. We put out please clean sign in door two days with no cleaning. Front desk said they don’t use them anymore. Why have them in the door if they aren’t used. Then had to ask three times to be put on list for cleaning. It was finally done the day before we left. Did nt expect this from such a nice hotel. I also wish they had some type of coffee other than making it in your own room or paying 6.50$ a cup at the place in front of the hotel. I saw online before we left they had breakfast and beverage specials but this was not offered to us. The only other thing was the oool was very dirty. Cloudy and actually had fake fingernails floating in it.

The suite was large and they gave us several upgrades possibilities at check in and a complimentary extended check out time which was so amazing to have. The 3rd year at this place for yearly convention and we're doing it again next year!

The rate had been increasing but the suite is well worth it having kitchen and extra bathroom but very pricey to book less then 4 people to split with or even just a jr room with 1 bed 1st year was great at under 960 for 4 nights but you can't get that price now for a tiny room anymore. Seems like the restoration and additional fees added hike it up so much. Might as well get a group together and so a suite. This place is has amazing staff and very clean so worth going big in the end.

it’s The Georgian!

Ice machines are always broken and one elevator working. we had to walk all the way down the fire stairwell from the 15th or so floor 2x. THIS part is really unacceptable for a grand place like the Georgian. No one ever answers the phone when you call for help. Dining room downstairs looked like they staff were having a 10:30 party together but when we arrived too late , we just got a “sorry we are closed” cold, apathetic response. THE STAFF AND OWNER/MANAGER NEED TO GO TO A CHARM CLASS ON HOW TO TREAT GUESTS 24/7. other than that…it would be perfect.

Location! Perfect for the Fox Theatre, Restaurants, walking in Midtown, easy Marta train access. The pool on the rooftop is beautiful. Concierge Thembela was an amazing host, helped with checkin, and was helpful all weekend. (We saw a show at the Fox and ran into a few cast members afterwards in our hotel lobby!)

The room and corridor occasionally smelled of cig smoke or garbage. It made less than pleasant entry into our room. There seems to be a lot of “under construction” or “needed maintenance” areas of the entire hotel. Pool elevator was out, elevators occasionally move slow or have card reading issues.

Stayed in a one bedroom suite. Very spacious with abundant closets, laundry closet, and generous kitchen. Really appreciated the beef linens were traditional with a top sheet and not one of those awful duvets. The AC started cold overnight. This was one of the very few hotels I've used that did not require me to turn the thermostat all the way down. Location is perfect for Atlanta. Kids of dining and entertainment in the area. Great staff. Very convenient and covered parking.

Expensive parking, but that's typical of large cities.

The Georgian terrace is amazing. It's clean, upscale, the room is off the chain. We have the king one bedroom suite. The room was luxury. Perfect view of the city. It had a full kitchen that we didn't even know was there. Because it was hidden. Shower was amazing. And the bed was absolutely comfortable. It was so comfortable that I'm about to buy one for my wife and I. The staff was amazing from the valet parking staff. To front desk. The valet personnel took our bags to our room. I felt like I was oversees at a resort. That's how amazing the staff was. The location is perfect. Right across the street from the fox. As well as a 24 hour dinner is literally 2 min walk away from the hotel. This is to say a few. Honestly you have to check it out for you self. I will recommend the king one bed room suite. You will be shock. Good job Goergain Terrace. You all our amazing

Like everything they had to offer

Everything! The location was good. The staff was relatable and soft-spoken and professional. The hotel vibe and environment was fresh and clean and sparkly. The room was top-notch, I felt at home. The view made me feel every bit the Empress. I was able to travel nearby to the Trap Museum. The restaurant was beautiful. I would more than likely book again.

The app confirmed a late checkout, but it did not confirm with the hotel. The staff supervisor was courteous and handled the situation as a pro!

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are very spacious. The staff are such a amazing people. The location is also super convenient, as there are plenty of places to walk to (if it's not too hot).

I wish there was a fridge in the regular rooms, but I guess it wasn't completely necessary. The pool was also a bit dirty? It's a rooftop pool with a wonderful view but it's very exposed to the elements. It's unmanned so I guess it's hard to tell when it needs a clean between guests.

I stayed in a queen suite. It was comfortable and clean. The location is convenient to everything I needed.

At check in (I arrived late) there was a glitch with the room. There were no working lights in the living room. I was then moved to a room with a problem with the air conditioning. The staff at the front desk was able to put me in a super comfortable room and worked to resolve the issues. Hotel management followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied.

Excellent location right in the heart of midtown. Very walkable to mist anything. Staff (Front Desk, valet) was helpful and friendly. Room was quite spacious.

Very loud at night, but probably need to expect that given its location (close to a busy intersection and right across from the Fox Theater). Difficult for our rideshare drivers to navigate the circular drive in front of the hotel—it was jammed up frequently. However, valet staff did try to keep vehicles moving. Room was okay, but furnishings were slightly rundown. Also, we did notice a door in our room to a partially renovated kitchen, but apparently it wasn't finished enough to be available to guests. There was also a closet in the entry area to the room, but no hangers.
