Clean, friendly staff, good location, felt safe. Only there for a one night stopover, would be happy to stay for longer, particularly with breakfast being included (not that I was able to have the breakfast this time, but it was good it was included).

My only confusion was when I didn't realise my bank card would the next day show a pending charge that was higher than the bill I had paid at the hotel. This was most likely explained to me, I just didn't take it in so it caused some brief worry while I waited for it to be resolved (which it did the following day, automatically correcting to the bill amount). No complaints about the hotel itself.

Breakfast was okay, eggs and sausage with yogurt and oatmeal as options. Can’t be mad at an included meal. The shower was very clean and spacious. I’m a stickler when it comes to a good bathroom.

Therewere some specks of something on the bed sheets and pillows, but nothing major. And the ac unit was in an awkward place making the room not the same temperature across. Nothing else other than that.

Breakfast was very good. Having a hot breakfast is the way to start the day. The location was wonderful, right on Mall of Georgia Blvd put me close to everything. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and courteous!

The toilet had water running all night. I wear hearing aids so it did not keep me up, but it should have bee fixed before I got the room.

The location was off the beaten path but was okay.

The elevator was broken and did not get repaired during our stay. They wanted to put us on the 3rd floor, but when we were considering changing hotels, they found a room on the 2nd floor. Having no elevator was inconvenient.

I like how cozy and clean it is a soon as you walk into the lobby and how friendly the staff is. Also include how cozy the room feels when you walk in.

I didn't like how soft the beds and pillows were. If they had firm beds it would make this rating a solid 10.

Great location, clean, breakfast was good, the room was very nice and comfortable.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. If I have to make a comment, it would be that there was no lotion in the room.

The front desk staff was exceptional! Very welcoming and helpful!

I did not care for the air unit blowng over the bed. Wish there was a way to divert the air

This hotel was located five minutes away from the Mall of Georgia, which was awesome. The entire hotel was beautiful, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room itself was super clean, and I had no issues at all. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and I would easily spend another night here.

There is honestly nothing I didn't like about this hotel experience. It was easy to check in and check out, and there were no disturbances during this stay. The breakfast was not the same as I am accustomed to, but that was due to the pandemic. All in all, a great experience.
