I was only there for 4 nights. I never need housekeeping and I always put the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door. the second day, while I was out, they came into my room and cleaned it despite my DND Sign. on the third day, I was still in the room and they knocked and said “housekeeping”. I said I do not need any housekeeping today. I do so appreciate how hard housekeeping works and I am grateful the hotel is able to get staff for their housekeeping department, but they are not suppose to enter or knock when the DND sign is on the door. I do not want anyone to lose their job but staff needs to be reminded that they do not knock or enter a room with that sign on the door.

the size of rooms and the kitchen in the room.

the bathroom was tiny, but that’s not even the biggest problem. the bathroom door was a sliding door it did not close fully. when you were in there the other members of the family could hear your every move, very inconvenient especially while using the toilet. also the door has no lock and my 2 year old was keep opening while i was in the bathroom. NO PRIVACy! also the door can jam then fall out. pleae change these doors! breakfast was ok but i expected more.

I love how clean and organized the hotel is as well as the interior of the hotel lobby and their amenities. The room we stayed in was also so lovely and felt spacious and at home. The location was also so convenient anything you need or to entertain yourself is in walking distance.

Not really anything to dislike at this hotel to be honest. Highly recommend this hotel will stay at this place again soon.

For a one night stay, the room was more than spacious enough as a solo traveler. The bed was super comfy, had no issues falling right to sleep and sleeping in a little. Appreciated the blinds that blocked almost all outside light. Lots of shopping nearby if you forgot something.

The bathroom sink in my room (421) took a while to come out hot.

for us location was perfect we were visiting family in Buford. the mall and access to shopping was a plus. we arrived 2 hours early and they gave us a room right away.

breakfast had limited selection. staff was great and very helpful but no vegetarian options but otherwise all was very good.

This is a really great place to stay. The suites are big, the beds comfortable, and there are black out curtains on the windows. The location was perfect for shopping in the area. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Also, there was good coffee which is always a good thing.

The dishes in the dishwasher were cold and wet. It isn't the best idea to just have wet dishes for who knows how long. It's a breeding ground for bacteria.

The room was beautiful. I liked having the loveseat to sit and watch TV or read. Kitchenette with dishes, glasses, and silverware was so nice. The waffles for breakfast were delicious.

Nothing.

Breakfast was fine. I loved the kitchen area in the room which I used more than the food at breakfast. However, the coffee was nice to have. I loved the sitting area in the room.

I know that during covid it limited clean up during the stay but more coffee in the rooms or more towels could have been offered.

The suite was very modern with all the conveniences of home. I will book these in the future.

There was a slight delay at checkin as I was there ten minutes before three. I left so the staff could finish up the room as not to rush anything. I was very happy at the return with all the room had to offer.

Rooms are spacious and clean, well equipped with all necessary things. Staff wonderful.

We were assigned to a room that is still being cleaned so we had to wait in the lobby for about 15 mins. Not a bad wait as refreshments are available and they made up for it by giving the kiddos goodies.
