I liked how clean the facilitie was

I didn't like the breakfast could have been a lot better. I also didn't like the fact they we had to pay for parking and it wasn't on the hotel site I never paid for a hotel room and had to pay for parking. If I paid for the room I should be able to park for free because I paid for the room. Also it should have been on the site because if I would have seen that I had to pay for parking on top of paying for my stay then I would have found another hotel. So maybe that was the reason why it wasn't mentioned on the site so people won't scroll pass this hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was brief but it was very pleasant. The staff was very pleasant and professional. They gave us a room upgrade, complementary snacks, and more. We initially faced an issue with the bedroom lights being off but that was quickly resolved. The room was immaculately clean. It provided us well needed privacy for an intimate anniversary celebration, that was topped off by a wonderful view of the sunrise. Breakfast was great! I loved the fact that we were able to make our own waffles. It did cause a short line but that did not damper the mood of anyone.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel for several reasons. Firstly, the property was exceptionally clean, which made for a comfortable experience. Additionally, the ample free parking was convenient. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall positive impression of the hotel.

One aspect I wish could be improved upon is the absence of smart TVs in the rooms. It would have been great to have the option to access streaming services like Netflix or YouTube during my stay.

Nice hotel. Rooms were roomy, comfortable, and clean. Great breakfast and one of my favorite hotel chains.

The front staff on the phone was not very nice at all and did not have any customer service skills at all. Also, on arrival they were somewhat rude as well. I have stayed at other Home2Suites in the past and have loved it and that's why we chose this hotel, but we had never been charged for parking. This location charges parking, which I did not like that at all. It was too late for me to cancel reservations.

The room was very nice. Beds were comfy. Plenty of storage.

Breakfast was open until 9:00 but at 8:20 many of the options were not available any longer. One member of our party went down about 8:00 to see what the options were. The rest of us came down about 8:20 and we had very limited options compared to the earlier person

I was accompanied by my daughter under the age of 15 and it was said by her; It is the quietest and most comfortable place where I have been. He claims, that the bed is out of this world. I share her comments, but I want to add that the breakfast is varied and very delicious, the location and cleanliness of the place are very good, the areas in general and the room are excellent. There is a small detail that I always observe, the lack of warmth of the collaborators, they are cold, they do not answer the greeting, they do not greet you, they can get on the elevator with you and they ignore you. But Allison showed up on the last day, filling the lobby with kindness, courtesy, and warmth. She greets everyone, very politely, I saw how she recognized a guest who arrived and came out to greet him by her name, I checked out and left happy, she made me feel important to her and to this hotel. Loved their outside patio setting very cozy and warm, very relaxing.

Didn't like the Breakfast because of us making our own waffles line was long and wait time. April 30, Sunday morning fire 🔥 drill went off and no one made announcement let guest know that it was false drill. My grandaughtes" and daughter, and myself had to leave in our night clothes. Unfair for the hotel front desk employee should have announcement something. All doors was lock cause my family to go outside in inclement weather.

This was a great stay! The accommodations were wonderful and the bed was super comfy! The room size was awesome and the breakfast was pretty good! I will be trying to stay in Home 2 Suites whenever we need hotel accommodations again, where I have always preferred a different hotel chain! Super Stay for the price!

They are a little short staffed but that is not at all the hotel staffs fault! It is hard to find workers everywhere!

Breakfast was great, room was clean and spacious, staff were helpful and friendly

Elevator was very slow, kind of concerning sometimes like we were going to get stuck. Also thought parking was free when we got there but the rates are very fair for a city like Atlanta.

I stayed here last year and I was impressed with the space and cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfy and the temperature in the room was very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to nearby shops and restaurants.

The breakfast wasn’t great, but all things conduit wasn’t too bad.
